We stayed for a week. The good: - Lovely staff and management. Genuine and sweet. - Breakfast: so much choice! Great quality fresh fruits - pineapple, grapes, berries, figs, coconut. Real honeycomb honey. Speciality teas. Cold meats, cheeses, couscous, boiled eggs, nuts. Different tarts every morning. Crumpets with jams and spreads. Range of small croissants. Tiramisu to die for. There’s more (am still thinking of it now!) - Free use of the hotel bicycles (just ask at reception for a key). - Excellent location near a supermarket, a Tabacchi, a self service laundry, multiple restaurants, beachwear clothes shop (surf shop), bus stops, short walk to the beach. - Handy little fridge and safe in the room and the bathroom (just a shower, no bath) was beautiful. -Housekeeping was done every day and was very thorough and plenty of clean towels were provided. The not so good: - Our room was a bit too small for comfort for 3. One large bed and one camp style bed. -The capsules and creamers for the coffee machine were not replaced by housekeeping (although am sure had I asked, they would have been). A minor quibble and am only noting it because it also happened in our previous hotel in Montfalcone. - No evening meals available in the hotel. Overall, it’s clear the owners have invested a huge amount of care and attention to detail. Every part of the hotel is well maintained. The staff are so nice and genuine with their guests (and typical for Italians, they are great with children). Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
