"Check-in is self-service, and can be done online, but Trip.com doesn't provide guest information, so we had to rely on a random hotel employee for assistance. The room is small, with a kettle, refrigerator, and tea and coffee. The linens are clean, but the bathroom is small. The hotel has ample free parking and is a 10-minute drive from the center of Liberec. The breakfast is very good, and a free coffee machine with sandwiches and cookies is available throughout the day. Overall, if you have a car, this is a very decent option for an overnight stay of one or two."

"Hotel bonito, quartos bonitos e limpos. Muito gostaria de levantar o pequeno-almoço que é muito rico.  Não gostávamos que ouvisse o ruído do corredor (todas as palavras que as pessoas dizem), além disso, ouvimos tudo do segundo quarto ao nosso lado. No hotel, havia hóspedes da Alemanha no mesmo tempo que faziam o ruído no corredor perante o nosso quarto. Eles sentaram-se no corredor, beberam álcool, falaram à voz e riram-se. Há vezes que pedimos que se calassem, mas nós temos um comportamento agressivo de volta. A recepção no hotel termina às 22:00 e você não tem para onde ir. Nas horas da noite eu também escrevi uma pergunta na recepção por conversa que está no site, mas até agora ninguém me responde (3 dias depois). Esta manhã, eu relatei tudo na recepção pessoalmente, e perguntou-me como lidar com isso à noite, quando ninguém está na recepção. Além disso, às 13h00, no dia seguinte, estavam lá em frente de nossa cabina, copos de bebidas e garrafas e isso andava em torno das limpezas. A senhora disse-me que tinha de perguntar ao gerente e que ia pagar uma compensação, mas até hoje não recebemos uma resposta nem uma compensação, e a próxima vez escolheremos outro hotel. "

"We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with two 12-year-old girls and used all the services except the zoo. We were extremely satisfied – both rooms were clean, like new, with no visible signs of wear and tear (even in the bathroom), daily cleaning, reasonable temperature, comfortable mattresses. Food: breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection, with up to 7 different dishes for dinner. Only the attractions in FanPark and especially LunaPark could use some renovation – they are showing their age. AquaPark is still the same – you can see that it is being repaired and probably also modified – standard. Only occasionally was the staff not up to standard (with the exception of the reception staff, the Atrium restaurant, and the maids), but you probably won't find anyone better for that wage. Overall impression - a pleasant stay that we enjoyed."

"The service was poor – lazy and incompetent. The room was cleaned without a care – not even the glasses were washed! The coffee wasn't refilled. Table water as a "welcome"? That's something completely new! I've traveled to dozens of countries and have never encountered anything like it. Poor. We definitely won't be returning – there are enough other, better, and probably even cheaper hotels. And a hotel with such a history doesn't even meet the average standard."
