"The apartments are part of the hotel, but are about 1.5 km away. This isn't mentioned in the description. So we had to walk to the facility first and then return to the main hotel in the city center to get the key. The apartment was tidy and equipped with the essentials. The queue at the breakfast buffet was very annoying. There weren't enough seats, and we had to wait in line until we were assigned a table. The breakfast room was also overcrowded, and the tables were close together. The buffet, however, was very good. The service staff at the reception desk were less than friendly."

"Excellent Welcome!! After 7 hours of driving family was tired, hungry and exhausted. After smooth check-in we were offered sparkling wine in the lobby to relax while staff gave us good recommendation to local restaurants. In the fresh room staff even prepared water, snacks and a cute bed for our little dog...so lovely. Breakfast was great and check-out felt like saying goodbye to close relatives. Thank you Adel, Lucie, Marie and Jana for the warm welcome and memorable stay!"

"It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages in addition to Czech and English. In this complex you can find, all indoors, a water park, children's amusement park, spa and wellness area, as well as restaurants, cafes and some more shops. Finding everything is a bit chaotic at first, but like everything, you get used to it. The rooms are spacious, somewhat old but well preserved, it is a real 3*** if we stick to the Spanish standard. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area."

This hotel cannot check-in independently, so late check-in after 8 o'clock will charge 10 euros for less than half an hour? We delayed arrival because of the car problem. They were unsympathetic and had been yin and yang weird? Crazy urging? Then the number of people to make up for the charge is also messy...so we made up 1400 yuan? Very poor attitude. 🐝 Bees and flies 🪰 a lot. There is a big bed to sleep, the bed upstairs 🛏 a terrible comb bed... The washing machine is broken, the moisture and dew are very heavy! The toilet has a bathtub, the shower head is very unreasonable, you have to kneel and take a bath if you don't want to take a bath hahahahaha? Must be bad review. A precise positioning merchant, the coffee machine has a coffee bag charge. Said that 10,000 square meters of garden has a goat 🐐 and then a bunch of old facilities that have not been repaired for a long time. Goat feed is also very expensive...duck does not have to ha this store, lightning protection! The door can not be locked directly by itself, you need to use the key...hahahaha, lightning protection again"
