This may be the only hotel of scale in Li County, with standardized management and good service. Because it rained, the public hot spring was a bit cold and we couldn't go in the water. The child was unhappy. After talking to the front desk, we were immediately upgraded to a suite with a hot spring. There were many people at breakfast the next day, and the staff was so busy that they took the time to take us to find a vacant seat. The child said that the welcome fruit sent by the hotel was delicious, so he called the front desk to ask if they could send more, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. The service really exceeded expectations. I didn't expect that a hotel in the county could provide such meticulous service. I hope that they can continue to provide good service as always. The hardware is also very good, I like the decoration style, and the hot water in the hot spring and shower is sufficient, which is actually not easy for non-chain hotels to do very well. I will continue to stay in Li County again.

Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort. We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning. She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests. Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.

The hotel has a grand ******* style, the rooms are clean and tidy ~ The service staff are very nice! It was raining when we arrived, and the little brother came to the parking lot with an umbrella to pick us up. The hot tea as soon as we entered the door was so warm! We also ate the ******* specialty snacks that the boss brought back from Lhasa! I will go again next time if I have the chance!

The hotel is easy to find, about 1 km from the entrance of the scenic spot, with a good environment and convenient parking. They have two buildings, one is the accommodation area and restaurant, and the other is the hot spring area, which looks quite large. The hotel's breakfast is not particularly rich, but it's okay, with more than ten varieties, at least you can eat enough. The little girl at the front desk is also very friendly and lent me her charger.

This is the first stop of the self-driving trip in western Sichuan this year. I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is adjacent to Lixiao Road, and there is a stream behind it. It is very comfortable to fall asleep listening to the sound of the stream at night. The facilities in the room are also in place, especially the sound insulation is very good. There are two naughty children staying next to me. I was worried that it would affect them at night, but it turned out to be very quiet. Two points for improvement are proposed. The first is that the meals in the hotel restaurant are almost all multi-person portions. I hope to add some single-person meals; the second is that there are steps at the entrance of the hotel, and there is no slope, which is a bit inconvenient if you bring a large suitcase.

The room is very good and clean, and the lobby is very grand. This should be the best hotel in Gulgou besides Ramada. The key is that the price is very suitable. With such service and environment at such a price, the price/performance ratio is excellent. The hot springs here are also very good. There is a large indoor pool and several outdoor ones. The breakfast in the morning is very delicious and the restaurant is large. Overall it's very cost-effective. When I left, I was given a flower cake, which was very nice👍

The hotel is very clean! Easy parking and floor heating is also very hot! It is very close to the scenic spot, and it takes ten minutes to walk to the scenic spot. The boss is also very enthusiastic. We are three families traveling, including the elderly and children. Everyone agrees that this hotel is really good! ! !

Due to some accidents on the road, we had a very very late check in (2.33am). Despite this, the front desk guy was still very accomodating and the check in process for foreigners are also easy here. This hotel has free parking spot for car as well. It was a great big room for 2 person. Amenities are very complete (as listed on the booking page). The bed was very comfortable and there's no problem with heating in the room (shower's fine). Note: The pictures were taken when we were about to check out. It doesn't represent the first stage of the room when we arrived. 🫣 It is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area! Overall it was a really great place! Very recommended ~

I'm surprised how nice the hotel and room is. The location is excellent as it is in the next alley way to Dagu Glacier Park entrance. You can walk there in less than 10 minutes. The room is spacious with plenty of electrical and USB outlets. Even the toilet seat is modern with a warming function, although I think the bowl lighting is a bit funny/awkward but that's just me not being familiar with it. If I have to be nit picking, I was a tiny disappointed with the breakfast choice. It is listed with a breakfast buffet on Trip.com, but on that day they only had a few choices of breakfast dishes. This is understandable, however, as this is in November, which I guess it's low season for tourism, thus not many guests. Overall, I wish I could stay longer.

The environment of the hotel is very good. It is located in the county seat. Shopping at the hotel is also very convenient. This season is the season of mushrooms. There is a farmer's market near the hotel. The store's service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel, the courtyard was full of cars. The store also helped us arrange parking.
