Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

I checked into the hotel at 1 a.m. today. The two front desk waiters, Xiaoyu Cuocuo, received us very warmly and thoughtfully and personally sent us to the room. I drove more than 600 kilometers last night. It felt like home. The room was clean and hygienic, with complete sanitary products. The room was equipped with an oxygen machine, an air purifier and a humidifier. The hotel has a washing machine to provide services. I washed all my clothes last night! I feel at home when I return to Pingcuo Kangsang in Lhasa. This is my first time staying in the hotel in 2021. Every time I go to Tibet, I choose to return to Pingcuo Kangsang. The breakfast in the morning is rich and delicious. The waiters in the restaurant and the aunt who cooks noodles make me feel that the management of the hotel is indeed remarkable. After the end of the Ali Grand Loop, I will return to the Oxygen-rich International Resort Hotel in Pingcuo Kangsang, a self-driving holy land in Lhasa.

The room was clean and the parking lot was spacious. I am not good at parking, so there are dedicated parking attendants. The front desk service was very good, and they upgraded our room. Although the room was a bit old, fortunately, someone came immediately when there was a problem, and the problem was handled in a timely manner.

I went to Lhasa on a business trip and booked this hotel. The price was very cost-effective at this time. When I arrived, there was a high-reflection and ******* brother who enthusiastically took my luggage. The room was clean and comfortable, warm and had good hot water. The little girl in the room had an innocent smile. .Pure and the dining environment is also very good. You don’t need to take a taxi when you go out. You can walk to Barkhor Street of Jokhang Temple in 10 minutes, which is convenient and comfortable. I checked in Tsomu jelly not far from the hotel and will continue to stay in this hotel when I return to Lhasa.

This stay at Verona International Hotel was the most satisfying one for us since we entered Tibet. First of all, the hotel provides a pick-up service. You can call the hotel front desk in advance to make an appointment. The pick-up master was very enthusiastic and chatted with us all the way. He also reminded us of the precautions when we first arrived at the plateau. Secondly, the other staff of the hotel were also super enthusiastic. They helped us take our luggage to the room and gave us red ginger tea. It was full of details! Finally, the hotel has complete facilities and equipment, 24-hour floor heating, free disposable towels and bath towels. The travel agency on the first floor can also handle border defense passes for two nights, which is very efficient. I also have to praise the hotel's breakfast and sour soup yak beef, which tasted very good. It is very cost-effective.

I have to give a thumbs up, the service is great, the room is clean, but the air conditioning temperature in the room is not very high. I told the housekeeping staff, and the housekeeping manager immediately arranged for the waiter to send a heater, and the room temperature rose a lot. Thank you! This is my first time in Lhasa. I have stayed in three hotels in Lhasa and Shigatse. This hotel is the most satisfactory one for me. I brought my children to Lhasa and chose to stay in Songtsam ******* Cultural Hotel. The service experience from check-in to check-out exceeded that of some domestic five-star hotels. I stayed in a twin room with a balcony on the third floor of a three-story ******* building. I could see part of the Potala Palace. The bedroom was equipped with an oxygen diffuser and the washlet in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. I moved to St. Regis a few days later and there was no such condition. The whole hotel is full of strong ******* culture. The service staff are all handsome and beautiful ******* girls and boys, and they are all very polite. You can see the night view of the Potala Palace when dining on the outdoor platform of the Chinese restaurant. The stone pot matsutake chicken soup and yak hot pot are also very delicious. I moved to St. Regis after 2 nights because I sprained my foot and had difficulty walking when I went to the Potala Palace. In comparison, the service gap is huge. As a Marriott member, St. Regis Tibet should be the Marriott hotel with the worst service in the country. There is no harm without comparison. The only drawback of Songtsam Hotel is that there is no stone slab for sitting bath in the shower room. After all, this is a plateau and some guests may feel more comfortable sitting down to take a shower. I have become a Songtsam member this time and will continue to stay here to experience the culture of Songtsam Hotel next time. I came to Tibet 20 years ago and have been longing to return to Lhasa and Namtso. I wish the ******* people a better life!
