Staff was great. Perfect if going to Rupp Stadium. Room nice. Bed firm but still nice. Nice feather pillows. Full size, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, so no need to bring yours. Also a very nice shower. I could’ve stayed in there forever.

It was a great place to stay if going to Rupp Arena the room was great a little noisy after the concert but nothing bad.Overall a good place to stay would definitely go back

Not worth the money. Stay somewhere cheaper, you'll probably get the same quality of stay. Drapes didnt close all the way and were almost falling off their hooks so it let a lot of light in, bathroom flooded in the morning when the room above us took a shower, stains on the carpet in the room, stains on the bedding... it wasnt the worst place Ive stayed but its definitely the worst place Ive stayed for as much as I paid. I told the front desk at check out about the flooded bathroom and she didnt seem phased or offer apologies. Breakfast not included, valet not included- just go somewhere else.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. The breakfast could have been better. The food wasn’t very good. My husband said was alright. Overall it was a nice stay though.

Extremely loud from hallway, late each night of our stay. We were there for a cheer comp and had to be up at 6a. We had adults yelling and laughing at 11p - 12a!

We loved that we could access Rupp internally. Didn't like that the facility ran out of rags/towels. Our room only had one rag and there were three room occupants.

My stay was very nice. My room was large and comfortable but I have to say the bathroom was very small. Whoever designed the layout, could have given some extra space to the bathroom and not compromised the room size. Its just weird to have the bathroom door almost hit the toilet when closing the door.
