Cristallo Sport & Wellness Hotel

This hotel impressed us in many ways. We would certainly return for a longer stay. Great view over the valley, surrouned by mountains, with lake Caldonazzo in the distance. The hotel atmosphere is warm, calm and welcoming. In most areas one can detect the subtle scent of cut pine - it was renovated about 6 years ago we were told, and the interior is modern but relaxed. The staff are very pleasant and professional. We were checked in by the lovely Matilde who answedred all our questions - she had called us 1 hr before, just a courtesy call to make sure we were on our way and could find the hotel ok... :) Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our double bed was big, 2m across. Super. Breakfast on the veranda was amazing. So fresh, so much choice and my coeliac (keywords: celiac - celiaco - celiachia - senza glutine) was very happy when a membr of kitchen staff arrived with a selection of warm GF bread, even slices of GF cake! We would definitely return to try the dinner. No time to try the wellness area, as we arrived in the evening. Well... that's gota be an excellent excuse to return!

Super disappointing dinner arrangement. I travel solo this time and was given a dinner table right in the middle of everything. Everyone had to pass me no matter what. I asked for another table but was told it wasn't poas although I could see empty tables.... Behind me sat a group of 8 people. They were extremely loud. What a disappointing dinner that was. Poor judgement of the staff. I left before dinner was over - I'd had enough of being seated in the train station.

È un hotel che utilizzo per lavoro, molto bello curato. Ottima la pulizia e l'accoglienza del personale. Colazione superlativa. Da un hotel di questo livello ci si aspetta però di trovare in camera un accappatoio, le ciabatte e un kit di cortesia con cuffia, spazzolino, dentifricio, cottofioc etc. Nel bagno mancano una mensola per appoggiare il beauty e un porta asciugamani. Sarebbero graditi anche nella stanza un appoggia valigie e uno specchio. Non è accettabile far pagare il noleggio dell'accappatoio e delle ciabatte per poter usufruire della tanto rinomata area wellness, suo fiore all'occhiello. Ciò nonostante merita un buon punteggio.
