This review goes entirely for the management and the entire operations in general and not for the staff. Anywho, staff we never got to really see the staff except for the breakfast staff. 1. Check-in process was very confusing 2. Despite the state of the art tablet in the room, there was no way we could get any service whatsoever. Our sink clogged up and we couldn't get someone on the phone for 20 minutes. I just let the phone keep ringing and ringing this to test it out. And it was nothing 3. The operations decide to take on More tour groups than they could fit into the breakfast area. People were standing on the counter eating standing while the staff run like a chicken without their heads. Horrible horrible 4. You are a thermal hotel, but we took gone guess while your thermal was not operating. Guess it's had to walk to the next building in bath robes in order to get into the spa If you're not ready, do not operate
