I arrived and waited 20 minutes outside for the office door to unlock. There was debate among the staff who should check me in, and how. Room was awful, one lamp without a shade with bare bulb, lamp didn't work so moot point i guess. I went to lobby to inform and get new lamp- had to wait til tomorrow. Only one torn and dirty fabric chair. Clearly an SRO - not informed. I entered room at 4pm, i attempted to go to office at 5:30pm to state i would not stay and was vacating room - no one there. No answer at number posted on door. I left the room untouched except the use of the bar soap and one handtowel. Eventually reached someone at after hours number and they refused to cancel my 3 night stay. My reasons were not good enough, i could take it up with *******.

I’ll start with the positive. It was easy to find, check in was friendly and went smoothly. That was it.
The place was semi-clean. Absolutely zero room service (like restocking towels/toilet paper/etc). No staff in office when I stopped in the morning, waited ten minutes. Nothing. They came into my room to replace the cable box with zero warning… I was not there and not informed.
While cheap you get what you *don’t* pay for in this case. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. People smoking/coughing/very loud right outside my door. People above me never sleep, I work 12 hour days and they’re up ALL night really loud, I regret the booking. I’d recommend anywhere else.

While very affordable and I felt safe here, there was a huge problem with the heating, and I had to turn the a/c unit on full blast to counteract the suffocating HEAT that would not shut off in the room. The a/c unit could not keep up and stopped working as well. And the shower is made for midgets. The shower head came out at my chin and I'm 5'7
I don't normally write bad reviews but this was an uncomfortable stay to say the least. The pizza place is delicious

I did not feel safe at this location. All I saw around there was drug *******. We ended up not even staying there because we felt so unsafe. We ended up getting a different motel was a big waste of money.

There was a leftover shampoo bottle in the bathtub when we got to our room. The bathroom was really not very clean at all. Broken hangers in the front closet. However, it IS a cheap hotel, so you kind of pay for what you get! There was a free continental breakfast included that we didn't know we were going to have, so that was good. TOTALLY noisy - TVs are mounted on the wall, so if it's sleep you are after at a hotel (say ...) you may not get it if your neighbours have their TV on full-blast in the next room.

Bed was clean but no blanket on a cold day. Amenities were poor. Breakfast was ok. Receptionist was good but had to handle too many things.

Keys wouldn’t open door,went 4 times to get new keys and just decided to go else where. Not worth trying. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Dirty.

Stay was disappointing. Hotel faces the Main Street with Main Street traffic, making it impossible to sleep. It smelled musty when I went in to my room. I got told that the ice machine was upstairs in the laundry room and that my key card would access it. I went upstairs (I have mobility issues) only to find it was deadbolt locked. I went back down to the office and was then told that the (only) ice machine wasn’t even working. I went to try and take a shower but the diverter knob for the bath tap was missing, and there was nothing but a rusty hole in the tap where it should have been (no shower for me). I decided to just go to bed, only to discover that there were only two outlets in the entire room and none by the bed, so I couldn’t charge my phone overnight. Long and short: if you have nowhere else to sleep, sleep in your car

The beds in the hotel were incredibly uncomfortable, and hard as a rock. The AC did not work and it did not cool our room and the room smelt so bad of cleaning product (thankful the room was clean however) that it ended up giving me a severe migraine and we had to leave the hotel for most of the evening.
