At this time the Hotel had repairs being done on broken water lines, had plugged toilet, had no hot water to shower, and the and the lobby restaurant was closed when ready to eat so we love this hotel felt very safe there with my 2 year old grand daughter and yes I would stay over again and again.

The front desk staff were amazing but the housekeeping staff and the property its self were less than desirable. My room was filthy. There were bugs in the bathroom light fixtures, dirty carpets and my bedding was stained. Housekeeping skipped my room despite having my sign hanger out before 10am and speaking to them directly about my bedding. I had no comforter to sleep with during my winter stay when it was -30.

The property is dated as I usually expect from Sandman. The room was clean. There was flaking paint in the bathroom and the water pressure was lacking. The sheets on the bed had definitely seen better days.

Very clean rooms, however incredible noisy with wind. On 6th floor, sounded like window open, but wasnt. Horrific wind whistle. Would have been awesome to have hot tub.

Check in was fine, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. However, that being said, the rooms are in need if refurbishment. We were in a non smoking room and there were cigarette burns on the chair and carpet. Houskeeping did a poor job as well. There were black hairs on my pillow, scuff marks from shoes on the bedspread and mud on the floor behind the bathroom door. There was only 1 paper cup in the room for 2 people for coffee and no glasses if you wanted water. Overall, a 2.5 out of 5

Druggies in both lobby’s. Watched one druggy rob another druggy right inside the entrance to the hotel. Was a bewildered lady screaming in the other entrance. Person with a face mask robbed the breakfast room right in front of me. Druggies chased me on foot while I drove away screaming at me for smokes and money. Was absolutely traumatizing to stay here. Like get some control before a guest gets stabbed
