The beds are absolutely heavenly. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. Bathtubs were nice and deep for soaking. Hotel has multiple dining options although times may not align to you typical dining hours. Breakfast was by far our favorite and included with the rate. Staff provided excellent service.

Once again ! A great stay at this hotel with nice team and delicious international and traditional dishes. I would like to thank Mr foudel for his great service, And if you visit this hotel dnt miss the opportunity to have a great moment at Elbeida restaurant, Mr Rachid and his very welcoming face will take a good care of you, with a very friendly and professional team .. I was injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair. He gave me as much support as possible, such as changing rooms and responding to emergency response in the middle of the night. We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.

We have booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children at 1700 DA by night with breakfast. In the hotel, it is not called a 4-person room, just to tell it in advance that it is a double room with extra mattresses ... more, they didn't want to give us towels for children. The hotel is clean and the hotel is well placed, the parking in the street is monitored. However, there are still things to look again, such as the wheel in the entire shower, the broken bed head ... When breakfast is varied , correct and included for all in the price

Beautiful hotel, well located near the business district and the highway (2 miles from the airport). The rooms are nice and comfy and a good water pressure in the shower. The staff were very incompetent and uneducated, we booked before we arrive 2 separate single rooms, we waited at least 20min at the front desk upon our arrival while the receptionist was looking at his screen and slowly typing on the keyboard he left us several times alone and went talking with someone else. After we paid, me and my colleague went up to our rooms on the 7th floor and surprise: both rooms were occupied (thank God the residents weren't inside) we went down again to see him and they didn't even bother ask us to wait or take a seat or even say we're sorry! Another round of 15min waiting for the new rooms, dozens of people we're quarantined in the hotel after they arrived from abroad were roaming around in the lobby MASKLESS. We left early in the evening and went to a local restaurant in the area when I came back I found the door of my room wide open I called the receptionist right away he asked me for my name(?!!) And hanged up. No one came and fortunately nothing was missing from my stuff.. My room had a door communicating with room next to it and I was clearly hearing the guy as if he was in the same room with me. In the morning went down for breakfast around 0850am and the buffet was completely empty.. (it runs from 0600am to 1000am) I had to ask the grumpy waiter for everything: an empty glass, a fork, water, juice.. there were nothing except for a flan Parisian and few slices of a dry cake. It was completely uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience would absolutely never go there again or recommend it to anyone.
