Ευγενικο, ευχαριστο και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο. Η κεντρικη πισινα ηταν θολη. Δε φαινεται το πλακακι. Δε φαινεται τιποτα. 1η φορα βλεπω θολη πισινα. Εννοειται δε καναμε μπανιο. Στην αφιξη, που ηταν στις 2 το μεσημερι, δεν υπηρχαν ξαπλωστρες, ουτε στη παραλια ουτε στη περιοχη της πισινας. Ολοι απο το πρωι αφηνουν τις πετσετες τους και τις δεσμευουν ολη μερα. Βεβαια, το προβλημα ειναι στην επαρκεια. Στο δωματιο ο καναπες ηταν βρωμικος...υπηρχαν εμφανης λεκεδες. Στο τοιχο, λεκες μαλλον απο αιμα απο κουνουπι. Το πρωινο πολυ καλο, μιας και υπηρχε ποικιλια και σχετικα ηταν νοστιμα καποια απο αυτα που δοκιμασαμε Παλι θα πω για το προσωπικο, πως ηταν πολυ καλο, φιλικο και ευχαριστο! .

I paid 1940Eur, 9 nights, 2 adults, 1 child in 31.08-09.09 for 4* and found an exceptionally dirty location. 1. Food: In the morning you have 4 kinds of eggs, 2 cottage cheese, 2 sausages, 3 supermarket puffs, green tomatoes, yesterday's salad leaves, 4 kinds of jam, cereals, drinks. Day after day exactly the same. Lunch and dinner bring a little more, but it is dirty and messy 2. Maintenance and cleanliness: I have attached pictures of the pool, the refrigerator with ice cream, the coffee machine, the furniture for cutlery, etc. Make your own conclusions about the total lack of respect for tourists. 3. Services: you pay on the spot for the children's playground and for drinking water. 4. The state of the hotel:. You see outdated furniture, damaged walls everywhere. We also had 2 days of rain. Being accommodated in the bungalow, we saw water seeping into the walls and the terrace of the restaurant (correctly called the canteen), which was covered, flooded instantly, the roof was probably for the purpose of a sunshade. As long as it rained, at mealtimes, people were standing and waiting for seats to be freed, crowded, etc. 4. Staff: There is an acute lack of employees, they are smiling and kind, but they don't make faces. 5. Location: It is close to the sea, 5 min, but part of the circuits pass by showers and taps meant to wash you of sand, but they, being without drainage, with puddles, make everyone carry mud to the hotel and swimming pools . About 25% of the green area represents a better maintained garden, clean furniture, but guess what? You do NOT have access to this fenced area - it is for people with red wristbands (probably super all inclusive), see the stupidity in several places. Conclusion: It was a blast. We do not recommend taking all inclusive and/or long term in this hotel. Excluded income with children for reasons of hygiene. Be careful when you get a bungalow, behind the rows of bungalows there is a road with quite a lot of traffic, you won't sleep with the window open there, there are no screens for moskitos.

I wish to write special thanks to beach security Spiros. He is the real heroe. We had the problem on the beach with other guest about the ambrela and beach security Spiros solved the problem in best manner. He is always there ready to help everyone. People are angry and nervious because there is not enough ambrelas. There are a lot of job for Spiris every day. Beach security Spiros saved our holiday. Problems: 1. No internet in our bungalow. We were in family bungalow. 2. The TV program is bad, we had only one program in English, 2 on German and 2 in Russian. Every chanal was full od snow. No clear picture. 3. No internet on the beach. 4. Not enough ambrelas on the beach. 5. People are taking to mamy food on the plates. Because of that there are long lines for some food. Once more, special thanks to beach security Spiros.

We have 2nd stay in the hotel for this month because we liked it there Spacious, Clean room at 4th floor with side sea view. Personnel always kind with a smile make your day, especially staff on reception ready to help and solve the problems! All meals tasty with big variety in everything. The exteriors, with pools, gardens, flowers everywhere, private beach are the ideal spot for relaxation, enough sunbeds on the pool and on the beach The hotel has a huge free parking lot. Leptokarya is on 10-15 min walk from the hotel It was an amazing, we enjoyed 100% Highly Recommended hotel. Hope to return soon in near future ! Greetings to Jota ... :) Thank you

Definitly reality was not like photos on webpage of hotel. Very poor room service. We stay at bungalow room, it was terrible, small room. Half equipment was broken or old. Safe was NOT in the room. The door can not be locked :) Very small bathroom, old, destroyed. Food was quite good, but capacity of kitchen was not enough. i dont recommend to stay at this hotel. Sea was beautiful. The town we liked...

More than a hotel, as you have lobby bar, beach bar, restaurant, playground, outdoor pool and private beach. We had a sea view room, very nice and clean. Wi-fi is very good, covering even the beach area. The meals are incredilbly good, everything was perfect. We had all inclusive, so we got all the meals in the hotel and didn’t missed any. Beer and juices are in self service mode, also ice cream and coffee all the day long. The only minus is the old and small TV and the bathroom which I wouod have enjoyed being larger. But everything else is super nice!

The hotel‘s overall condition is absolutely awful and inacceptable - dirty, extremly loud, our room was in a very bad condition, dirty floor, dirty bathroom, the room‘s wall with humidity spots, the inside of the pillows full of stains, same for the carpet. We paid 160,- for a 4 star hotel…. I wonder how the hell they got 4 stars…. besides the equipment it should also offer services according to a 4 star hotel. but….. we asked for another room, but it was in exactly the same awful condition. Finally we moved out the same day, although we had arrived after a very long journey by car of more than 2.000 klm and were very tired, but we preferred to search late at the same night something else. How can they ask for such prices and offer such a barn?! My recommendation - stay away from this hotel!

Amazing location and grreat variety of food at the buffet. The only bad thing is that sometimes the rooms are not that clean The kids loved the games and us adults could get some very much needed break to relax.

Never again. The staff robbed us of €40. At the beginning of the vacation, we rented a beach service for a deposit. When we wanted to return it at the end, a problem arose. They didn't have a loan record, we won't get the money. The hotel manager refused to solve the problem. We have a beautiful gift from the hotel, 4 old towels that we have nowhere to return.
