Descubra sua estadia em Leon

Recently stayed at the Metria hotel for 7 nights and rented 3 separate rooms. We were in Leon visiting family and for my daughter’s baptism. The hotel was excellent. The service was amazing. The front desk, doormen, housekeepers were the best. We stayed in room 512 and the housekeeper kept our room spotless everyday. The pool is kept very clean and heated. The spa was amazing. Rosie gives the best massages!!! We will definitely be back. The only workers that weren’t very nice were the hostesses at the restaurant they acted quite snobby with my sisters. Everyone else working in the restaurant were very kind. We will definitely be back to stay in the future. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It is a great place to stay and you will not regret it.

First of all, I have stayed at quite a few hotels during my travels. This was a unique experience as I was told that this hotel was the oldest in the city which I found intriguing at first. First of all, I loved the lobby, is has this traditional feel to it which was great. The elevator is manually operated which I found very pleasing as it was a first for me. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, without a doubt top-notch service with a personal feel to it I can't say enough about how great they were. The artwork in the hotel has a warm feeling to it which I enjoyed. I didn't try the restaurant but it was always very busy and they has a small band playing instrumental music that was easy to relax to. Once I got to my room is when that charm began to wear off. the room was big with plenty of closet room. The bed was somewhat stiff but still comfortable. The carpet was dated with a couple of bearly noticeable stains. The outlets were two-prong which could be a problem for some laptops. To me, attention to detail is the key for a nice room. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower door had a small crack. The showerhead, on the other hand, had quite a bit of build-up, and the was a piece of the counter was missing. Now I was told that some parts of the hotel were being renovated but for the rooms that are being given to guests things like these should be looked at. As a solo traveler, I really don't mind but for couples and families, I'm not so sure. The wifi in my room was a little weak but usable, but I have internet service in Mexico and my provider had service at the hotel so I logged in with my account details and I was online. I don't really know if someone without Mexican internet would be able to connect.

I am sensitive to sleep and therefore need a quiet room. That is unfortunately not quite optimal in this hotel. When I complained that I didn't want to live directly on the main street, my room was exchanged, but then I got a room right next to the elevators :-(

General Guest House

I was really surprised about this great hotel. Located in the center of León I expected to face some disturbancies due to the traffic. I was wrong as inside of this spacious hotel it´s been absolutely quiet. A great garden with an absolutely clean pool just offered me a holiday feeling. The romos were equipped very well (fridge and microwave) and with a view into the garden towards the pool. Friendly and competent staff was always willing to give any quest a hand. and for sure I´ll be back pretty soon.

The room is still comfortable!

Un hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del Centro y de la zona para comprar zapato en León, el desayuno es muy bueno y con variedad para que lo disfrutes, sin prisa y con la excelente atención de su personal. Se puede hospedar con familia o de negocios, cuenta con estacionamiento, centro de lavado, el acceso a las habitaciones es controlado. Vale la pena. Buen precio.
