"From the outside the building is a little austere but once through the door a friendly, welcoming and qualified staff invites you to discover this magnificent hotel. Immediately upgraded to a junior suite we discover a magnificent room, large and tastefully furnished where nothing is left to chance. What can we say about the absolutely magnificent and very large spa (several saunas and steam baths at different temperatures with a view of the mountains) with a large indoor swimming pool and a smaller outdoor whirlpool with a good temperature for the season. For the evening, 3 restaurants including 2 at Gault Millau. We opted for the Spectacollo, divine served by quality staff... don't miss the cheese buffet to conclude with an extraordinary experience. Very quiet room at night and in the morning a magnificent breakfast buffet. In short, a perfect stay in every way, no criticism possible."

"The bad comments that I absolutely cannot confirm are not very helpful. The renters changed about 1.5 years ago, we found that in a conversation with Barbara. Which is now conducting the hotel. Arthur is the cook who has the kitchen absolutely in the hands. The whole team is super nice. The kitchen is fantastic, despite high eating the food came quickly. It was so delicious!! Even for children always all fresh even the chickens Nuggets themselves made. Not 0815 from the bag. Breakfast is tip top and it has everything you need. Coffee machine for different coffees, ovo and different teas. How had the Superior Alpenchic family room. The room (parent bedroom, children's room and stube) was modern and very generous with a large balcony with view and in the room with nespresso machine. Rooms were always well cleaned and towels were changed according to their own needs. Since it is a wooden house you sometimes hear the trip from above, but it was absolutely not bad and normal for the house. It has a kind of living room with toys, reading chairs, books and a minibar with snacks for self-service with a Kässel. The free parking is also available that we have always used in the box. There is also before the house. There can be directly upstairs with the bags. No lift, but the few stairs can be well risen. To reach everything in the village by foot or by bus. Our children liked to play chess in the garden and felt very well in the family hotel! There is a ski skiller, but we didn't use it because we rented a locker at the mountain station. "We visited as a school class (30 people). The Mountain Lodge is ideally located, just a five-minute walk from Lenk train station. The lodge's grounds are perfect for games and activities, including table tennis, volleyball, and much more. The facilities, including the kitchen (for self-catering), are functional and adequate. The staff and management provided us with uncomplicated support whenever possible, whether it was regarding entertainment systems like projectors, TVs, and much more.
