This apartment is very handy for shopping and restaurants. It only took us a few minutes to walk…slowly….to the First Direct Arena. Also only a few minutes to the train station. It was very clean and well equipped. Also complimentary tea, coffee, water and milk etc. Molton Brown toiletries too. It could do with an ice cube tray though. Although on a busy road, it was very quiet. All rooms are of a good size with plenty of storage. Also a plus…a really good shower.

Easy check in although photo I.D was required which we weren't aware of as well as a £200 deposit. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and the location is perfect and very central to shops bars and the train station. We did struggle to find the entrance as its at the back of the building and not sign posted. We will definitely be back.

Good communication. Friendly staff. Excellent room - very comfortable with excellent amenities. The bed was very very comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous with a great shower and toiletries available. Excellent location - central to the city centre.

Everything was great and well thought out. The cleanliness and decoration was lovely and the bed was really comfortable.

Building works right outside the room window! Very very loud all night, states room is soundproof but we could hear even a quiet conversation outside! Very uncomfortable pillows so had a very poor sleep both me and my friend were up at 3am unable to sleep. Not being made aware you have to pay £200 when you arrive which is taken straight from your bank and can’t refunded for 5days! Not just a hold on the card it’s actually taken! Directions difficult to follow on googlemaps, took us to the wrong place with the address on here. The rooms do look beautiful and we’re all very clean but just really let down with the noise and income pillows.

A hidden gem in centre of Leeds! A hidden gem! I booked a studio suite for a work trip, the best value for money- really secure, very central, reception staff lovely (once I found it!), mega clean, really luxurious feel! I’ll be back!

We stayed here for one night whilst seeing Simply Red at the First Directors Arena which is just over 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was a very spacious one bedroom with a very large comfortable bedroom, large well equipped lounge kitchen area with large flat screen TV in both bedroom and lounge. Shower Room with Molton Brown toiletries. The whole apartment was completely spotless and well presented with all crockery and cutlery neatly set out on the table in the kitchen, snacks of crisps and biscuits and coffee pods for the coffee machine with milk in the fridge. Microwave and cooker and hob with everything available to prepare your own food. Clean towels and bathrobes are all supplied. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. We would certainly recommend staying here and would definitely return again if we need to be in the area.
