If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely terrible accommodation. We booked 3 apartments at the cost of just under £1400 for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we have had to clean the apartment ourselves. One of the window ledges was covered in **********! Bed linen was filthy. The door handle to the bathroom of one of the apartments was broken and one of the group got stuck in the bathroom. The wardrobe in one of the bedrooms nearly fallen on my sister, who is pregnant, it was a good thing I was in the room to help her. One of the apartments had a sink of cigarette butts in it. Another apartment has what looked like dried spaghetti bolognaise stuck to the kitchen floor. There was some form of party/rave at the apartments both nights which kept us up, as well as the trains… it being this close to the train station wasn’t mentioned when we booked, I mean, the track is feet away from the apartment windows! With the advert saying there is “quiet time between 10pm-7am” we thought this apartment would be ideal for our trip to Leeds however it had actually ruined it! We went out for a walk on the 1st morning and there were men out side the front door smoking *****. We was offered £100 compensation which was an insult! Do not stay here!

Property was well kept very clean rooms. My Children loved it because it feels like home, Easy access to the town centre. My Only problem was parking, there was a car park but we were not allowed to use it for whatever reason I don’t know, we had to look for a public pay car park which was just across the street. Overall it was a great experience and you will love it especially with your family. I recommend it . 👍

Decent location and well equipped apartment. Bed was very comfortable and both the kitchen and bathroom were fitted out well. Good value for a weeknight in a city. Host was responsive when we arrived.

The shower was broken which made the water pressure and temperature fluctuate constantly. The pictures on the website are not what the flat looks like. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overpriced for what the flat is.

We booked two apartments unfortunately towels provided in one so we had to lone to the others. One of the apartments was well decorated, another sermed poorly decorated. Reasonably good value considering the cricket was on.

Having read the reviews I was a bit dubious before our stay. But it was great. Check in was super easy, exactly as per the instructions. The apartment was spacious and clean. Lots of towels, bedding was fine (though a couple more pillows would have been appreciated!). The crockery selection is a bit mixed but was workable for what we needed. The location is excellent. Yes there are some homeless people in the area, but this is true of the whole of Leeds City centre and at no point did we find this a concern to our safety. The trains did not disturb as as some have said. You can hear them but not loudly or enough to cause disturbance. There is a co-op right next door and it is walking distance to loads of bars and restaurants. I would stay here again and thought it was perfectly good for the price paid.

Beds ok, only 1 pillow each. The pull out beds were not usable to sleep on more comfortable on the floor. Glasses we unclean. Great location. Had student accommodation vibe.

Apartment was spacious and very central to the city centre. Apartment had everything you'd need for a stay. Could have done with a more thorough clean before we arrived. Apartment was in very close proximity to a rail way line which kept some of us awake.

The apartment we stayed was very neat and nice.
