Hotel opens till late night so you can check in even your flight delayed. Receptionist is very friendly. Room is very very spacious compared with Singapore's hotel. Free shuttle service is provided to and from airport.

Was a bit disappointed that the hot tube was not working and was given no notice. But overall it was a good place.

I flew in late from a trip, spent the night with my mom. As she took the shuttle in the morning back to the airport, I slept in before travelling home later in the day. Housekeeping decided to walk into the room at 8am because our room number was on the shuttle list! No knocking on the door, just walked right in. Unfortunately there was no DND card in the room, and the door wasn’t deadbolted as I was still asleep when my mom left. When I called her to confirm, the front desk staff asked if we were checking out and she clearly explained we were not checking out and I was still in the room. When I called the front desk to share my terrible experience she tried to blame the night auditor and try to explain. There is NO EXCUSE for this type of invasion of privacy at 8am without a formal check out!!! No apology or anything. Just a rude front desk agent. I will not stay here again.

Shuttle service from and for the airport was terrible. Almost waited 1 hour to be pick up. For departure, the hotel was trying to reach the driver, but he was not answering the phone. He also stopped to several hotels, made almost myself late for my flight. My room was the floor just on top of the pool. I heard people yelling from there until 2205. When I complained to the reception, they apologized but didn't do anything. Check in/out was quick. Breakfast was decent.

We were very disappointed the hot tub was closed for cleaning our entire weekend stay. This is one of the reasons we paid more and booked this hotel.

Had a great stay. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. It was very peaceful and the staff was very kind.

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s very quiet and safe. The staff are friendl. It’s a great location for shopping and travelling. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Over all a great stay, with a great price.

Clean room and hallways and staff very helpful. Coffee maker wasn’t working in the room but then I was offered a coffee from the dining hall. Overall great stay.

Our stat was excellent. The staff were caring, considerate, and accommodating to our circumstances. We were to have arrived at 11pm March 13, but due to delays, didn’t arrive until March 14 at 6:30am. The staff had already arranged for us to have a quiet room and later check out. The breakfast was quite substantial with a variety of options to fit all tastes. We were able to enjoy an early bite, freshen up, and get some rest before continuing our travels.
