Located at Lembang, air was fresh and cool. The architecture of the hotel was breathtaking and a lot of places to take pics. I personally like the Kids Cads, as their are activities for kids and the caretaker is highly attentive and experienced in children education. Pool was great but due to rain, the heated pool still feels cold especially for kids. Room was not as spacious as we thought it would be, but it's just okay and mini bar was free. Coffee from Inspira was actually good and i had it several cups. The twin bed is too small even for me and my 4 yo toddler to sleep in. Despite the low occupancy during fasting month and a request note for large bed, we didn't manage to get what we wanted. Food was okay, but i wish they have more varities of food especially menus that are more kids friendly like pasta. We tried both restaurants, Semeja and Monomono, found that we like monomono better. The overall experience was good. My kid likes to feed the fish, swim and play at the kids Cads. I love the plants nursery and gym. All staffs are very friendly.

Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect!
The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request.
We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good.
The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions.
Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.

I love the location, the scenery nearby is very delightful. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing even though it was free they did not cut any corners. They knew I was from a different country so they took care of me. The service was really fast and the staff seemed like family. Since I was in the club room everything was even better. I 100% recommend this to families as well as couples. I will surely go back here again.

BEST HOTEL IN BANDUNG SO FAR..
THEY HAVE ALL YOU NEED, SO NO NEED TO GO OUT ANYMORE.
KIDS LOVE IT, THE PLAYROOM HAVE ACTIVITIES, TO KEEP THE KIDS BUSY..
HOTEL ALSO PROVIDED FREE COFFEE AND TEA, WITH VERY GOOD QUALITY (IN HOUSE MADE)
AND FREE SNACKING :)
POOL IS ALSO GREAT..
LOVE THE MINI GARDEN THAT THEY HAVE..
AND FISH POND.
THE AIR QUALITY IS VERY GOOD THERE..
ROOM ARE SUPER CLEAN..
ONE THING THAT NEED TO PAY ATTENTION IS THEIR TOILET NEED TO BE CLEAN UP FROM MOLD.

I would give all criteria 5 star rating only if what happened this morning whereby i went to the cafe sitting at the non smoking area but there are few people sit near my area and smoking. The staff did not went thru and round check so it makes other people feel inconvenient.

Everything was good but the problem that the swimming pool not heated water so the swimming pool water still cold and the kids club doesn't have any toys for toodler maybe kids club need improvement. Thank you
