Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus. Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future."

"I do not like to post negatively but it was all the positive reviews that helped me decide to book this Masseria and they were very misleading. The staff could not be nicer but the place is in need of a total facelift if it is to retain a 4 star rating. The floors in our room and through the property are badly scuffed and cracked. In our room the ceiling needed repair and the mattress was a thin hard slab. On the other hand the upholstery inside and outside our room was so worn you sink in. I have visited Morocco several times and the decor is one of my favorites styles but here the decor is just dark and drab now- not the vivid spice colors of Marrakech. We had dinner one night and sadly it was just average at best. To be honest we had booked a stay of 4 nights but left after the first night as we were very disappointed. This could be a wonderful property with a total update."

The breakfasts are abundant, and the rooftop terrace is expansive. You can’t go wrong with Palazzo Guido!"

"Procure comentários M X 1/5 4 minutos atrás no Google Nunca foi alojado em uma toalha semelhante. As fotos são completamente INGRESSO! Nós dormimos num quarto de lareira, sujo, uma ducha que fazia piada, sujo e forrageira no banheiro.As fotos do tugueiro onde nos ficou não aparecem em nenhum lado. No fundo do água tartaro por quem sabe quanto. Não há tapete para chuveiro, um cheiro de humidade alucinante, tanto que roupa de cama velhos e desenhos e nossos roupas estavam quase molhados. Um tanque vómito que saiu do lavatório sem tampa. Máquina de café partido. Pequeno-almoço servido no pátio interior, muito diferente das fotos, tudo desmaiado, sujo, gaibo vermelho e descolorido, quem sabe quando são as imagens. Cornetas e pastelhas frescas de bar, tentámos beber um sumo e era rasgado, o café podia fazê-lo apenas no quarto, mas não podíamos ver o aparelho apenas lançar água fria, embora colocando a calda. Nem um sem-abrigo dormiria nesse estúpido, tenho a certeza, mas, infelizmente, o inteligente dono, que nem sequer se encontrou à nossa chegada e não respondia ao telefone, paga-se antecipadamente, caso contrário, iríamos embora imediatamente. O estacionamento está na rua e precisa ser feliz. Afastado do centro. Uma experiência que nunca mais se repetirá. Sujeira em todo o lado, não sei como fazer boas comentários, parece-me absurdo. Nunca mais 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"

"Owner is extremely unwelcoming, very different from everywhere else we have stayed. House keeper came knocking and asked what we needed in our room. We did not need anything and told her and thanked her for asking. We came back to the room and all of our things were moved in our room even though we specifically told her not to. Even the bedroom door was closed as we did not want anyone going in there. We cancelled our last night stay an almost a week in advance due to the train strike and unforeseen circumstances. They wouldn’t even give me the time of day when she checked in about the refund. We were told they would check with the manager but when we messaged him politely checking up on it…. No reply, no one at the front desk. I’m a paying customer and all we wanted was a yes or a no. Even though this was a “non smoking room” we came back to our hotel to the stench of cigarettes twice, and found an ashtray with many cigarettes in the window. Just avoid this place and go somewhere else. We stayed in room 7."

Logo que entramos no quarto, notamos que o banheiro de banho perdeu água assim que o abrimos ( eu comuniquei ao edifício, enviando também um vídeo, mas foi-me dito que selecionamos, mas nunca ninguém veio para o arranjar. o banheiro cheio de Macaras de humidade nem nos atrevemos a fazer chuveiros, então eu notei que na TV faltavam os canais de mediaset mesmo tentando várias vezes fazer o scan dos canais não saíram. Eu perguntei gentilmente se eles resolveram o meu problema mas eu Foi dito: amanhã, vou fazer-lhe verificar, insisti dizendo que eu tinha necessidade, mas nada me resolveram. Há apenas 1 luz em toda a sala nada na prática não esperavamos ir embora"

O bar faz parte do restaurante e hotel, os empregados ou melhor o pessoal é amável e amável, as escadas interiores existem de uma vida, assim como ascensores e escadas exteriores, (quem incêndio) Entre outras coisas, proibido o uso normal para questões de segurança (anti-incêndio e, por isso, fuga). Verdadeiramente, há um distribuidor na frente, mas não é que você pode levá-lo porque há quem está incomodando .... assim como a distância do centro ....se você quer conforto, Ou seja, hotel no centro, sem distribuidor etc etc, caçar dinheiro e ir para outro lugar, não quebrar com comentários estúpidos."
