Very polite, cheerful and helpful staff!
Comfortable beds, clean room throughout and quiet area.

It’s small but clean and the staff are friendly. The doors are very loud and echo when they close which is annoying when an entire preteen sports team is running in and out of their rooms. The breakfast is great as well with many good options.

In town for a Golf tournament. Location was convenient distance from course. Room was a good size and well maintained. HVAC system was adequate. Could have used more glasses and bottled water would have been a nice touch considering the cost of the room.

It was the perfect place to stay while exploring Point Peele National Park for the weekend in Spring. The staff was friendly and the hotel caters to birdwatchers very well. Because of the Festival of Birds, the hotel had very early breakfast available, which was exactly what we needed before going out adventuring. We never got a chance to use the swimming pool, or the bar/game lounge, but we were happy with the rooms, the bed was really comfy, good shower, and the hotel was very quiet overall. We had 2 great nights of sleep after 16 hours of hiking everyday. We'll be back for the Fall Migration for sure!

Room was okay some spider webs in the
bottom corners.
Breakfast was okay - some variety but not so fresh.
Pool area was EXTREMELY dangerous. Kids were slipping we had to put towels down on the floor where the mats were lacking. Pool and hottub water was so dirty.

Not happy with the paying aspect they have taken over 400 dollars xtra off my credit card and I checked out Sunday have not received my deposit back but they took an extra 271 off my credit card.

Overall the hotel stay was great. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Maybe because of thunderstorm and the power went out the special electrical outlet to charge cell phones did not work but the regular plugs did. The pool was also very nice and a great location too.
