I went here alone because I wanted to try something new last week. I was not dissapointed, the service was really nice and the room was also very comfortable. The breakfast food was really delightful and the sky lounge bar and pool had the best view.

The staff were super friendly. Variety of food for breakfast (and tasted good too, except the coffee latte and cappucino which was too much milk :) ). It worth the price. Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream.

Am wondering why so many people have to complain while and the same time they forgot about what they paid. Absolute value for money. Stayed for 5 days and changed room 3 times. After first room switch TV didn't work but was solved swiftly. Super friendly staff. After day 2 they welcomed me as an old friend. Comfy bed, clean towels, TV with all channels one might need, simple but tasty breakfast. Take the price in mind, and you cannot wish any better!

Nice hotel. Check in is smooth. Accommodative staff. Toilet hv pipe. But the towels cleanliness can be improved because looks like “very used”. The hotel should change it. Don’t hv time to explore hotel surroundings because arrive late and also check out early the next day. Maybe next time..

Stay hear for improptu 3 days trip to Solo. It is located near Stasiun Balapan Solo and in the middle of the city. The furniture need new improvement, the table where I stayed is quite slanted hence too afraid to put anything on top of it. It is a well known hotel, so you can use various transportation to go there, including Solo Train. Best thing is the room is clean, they clean and refill bath amenities everyday.

I stayed for 2 nights here. This hotel is easy to find. Located at the main road of Solo city and nearby from Purwosari train station. Suitable for family because the room is big and clean. All staffs are friendly. And the breakfast is quite good. But I got a small problem when open the room door on my room (318). I thought it is the time to switch to key card system instead of manual key, due to this hotel is quite old. About wifi, please consider to do maintain of wifi network connection at the room. Signal is very unstable in my room.

I stayed with my family only for transit on the Bali-JKT trip. When we arrived it was raining, there was no security guarding the front of the hotel, so we went back and forth to get our own things in the car in the rain. The front of the hotel is being renovated. When I wanted to check in, I saw the receptionist playing on his cellphone. We booked a superior room. The room is a bit cramped. When we wanted to order food, no one answered the phone. My husband went straight to the restaurant, it turned out the employees were chatting. For breakfast there is not much variety. What a bad experience staying here. Hopefully this can be of concern to hotel management. Thank You.

For the rate 1 including breakfast The room is large and clean. There is mineral water, coffee and tea in the corner. There is a cold and warm water dispenser for refilling. Clean toilet just the toilet is wet, shower and wc become 1 water pressure is not too hot and hot water is just warm2 kukus only Location is very good near Purwosari station but currently in front of the hotel road is closed due to there is construction For breakfast is not varied, there are only rice, a candy food, eggs and bread and fruit available. Staff are very helpful and there is no deposit at the beginning of check-in. For late check-out requests will be charged from the first hour.

The room in Executive suit adhiwangsa is very comfortable, with a room area of about 55m2 and a exclusive interior of the room.. The bathroom facilities with bathtub adds our comfort in comfort of self-being. This room has 2 televisions, in the bedroom and living room. The staff is friendly and friendly, the service is good ... The food served is also varied and tastes good ... ,, Only if the herbals are served in warm which are more delicious than cold ...😊 The road in the park with a cool and beautiful atmosphere adds to the feeling of staying here.. A good place for stay in Solo. Its location very strategic, you can just cross over the road to reach one of the famous mall in Solo, Solo Square. Although, it's quite risky to cross the road since the traffic was always busy and no security or police to help us to cross the road. Need some maintenance with AC of the rooms, but the service were pretty good although it is not up to Hyatt's faboulous hospitality standard of service.
