Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από το πολύ φιλικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου, πανέμορφο τοπίο, υπέροχα ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια, απολαυστικό φαγητό για όλα τα γούστα, ευχάριστες εκδηλώσεις καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής. Μια μοναδική εμπειρία! Highly recommended!!

O hotel tem quartos bastante antigos, mas para nós o pior é a praia que não tem nenhuma areia. Por isso quase todos os hóspedes ficam nas piscinas o que torna impossível arranjar uma espreguiçadeira. Apartir das 6h da manhã já não existem espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. Reclamei na recepção mas nada foi feito, ninguém controla. Anexei fotos das espreguiçadeiras reservadas por volta das 10h. Não irei voltar nem recomendar

Todas as áreas comuns do hotel eram óptimas, o pessoal era super simpático e atencioso, a comida do buffet era fantástico com uma enorme variedade e tudo saboroso, também fomos a um restaurante à la carte com uma vista linda sobre a praia e a comida foi deliciosa, a animação era óptima, especialmente os espetáculos da noite, com uma coreografia girissima, os jardins estavam super bem cuidados, e a praia era muito boa porque com o molhe, nos dias em que o mar estava mais picado, estávamos protegidos das ondas. Com isto tudo poderiam ter sido as férias perfeitas…. Mas deram-nos um quarto antigo (este hotel tem quartos que já foram remodelados), tinha uma vista soberba sobre o mar, mas no nosso caso em que o quarto só serve para dormir e tomar banho, a varanda serve exclusivamente para colocar roupa a enxugar e as tralhas que vêm molhadas da praia! Preferia muito sinceramente ter ficado num quarto novo, virada para o jardim ou piscina ou o que fosse. Para ajudar a cama de uma das minhas filhas tinha o estrado com uma ripa a menos, mesmo no meio, mas essa situação reportei na recepção e trocaram a cama.

Um hotel agradável staff e equipa de animação muito simpática. Localização excelente, Condições muito boas e uma óptima opção alimentar, mesmo para quem é vegetariano. A repetir a visita com toda a certeza.

Our best family holiday abroad yet, something for everyone- private beach for snorkelling, gym classes (Stacey is a fab yoga and aerobics teacher- she knows her stuff!) Fabulous animation team who clearly put their absolute heart and soul into making sure everyone has the best holiday!! Food was delicious and beautifully presented, bar star very kind and considerate, couldn’t fault the place, even the cleaner was so considerate to us and brought a cake and fizz from the hotel manager as part of a birthday celebration. Thank you for making the holiday amazing ⭐️

We have just returned from a 14 night at this amazing hotel which has now been given a five star status and well deserved the food is really amazing plenty of choices and plentiful the pools are fantastic plenty of sun beds to relax and enjoy lovely beach’s to enjoy and safe lifeguard in all the correct locations rooms are cleaned each day the hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard a new spar has been added which is amazing if you visit this hotel you must give it a visit it’s an experience we shall always remember the gardens are fantastic well maintained again to a very high standard there are 3 al le a carte restaurants as well as the main restaurant a sushi bar and a cocktail bar so you have plenty of choice to enjoy their are plenty of places to visit in this amazing hotel beach front resort we returning again this September to continue to enjoy this amazing hotel. I would just like to say a big thank you a the team for making our holiday so pleasurable

Wonderful hotel, spacious rooms - we had a bungalow with a pool first row to the sea- a lot of choices to dine, plenty of sunbeds on the coast. Thank to lovely Katerina from reception and dear Manolis from the dining room, who did their best to make sure we enjoyed our visit.

With the exception of very few issues I had an excellent experience at Iberostar Creta Marine and especially the best Irish Coffee we had worldwide. I applaud the use of KNX automation for the electricity - I dabble in home automation and color me impressed. All in all I my stay at Iberostar Creta Marine exceeded my expectations.

Excellent stay at this hotel. All the staff were brilliant from reception, dining rooms and animation (entertainment). We had a lovely room albeit at the back of the hotel. It was cleaned and tidied every day. The food in the main buffet was excellent both for breakfast and evening meals. We ate at the poolside restaurant for lunch which was more than adequate with excellent service. The animation team are something else! Brilliant at involving everyone and very hard working - the best we have ever experienced. There was the normal challenge of getting a sun bed at the main pool. This is an unresolvable problem but they may as well take down the signs not to reserve beds before 10am. Possibly a few more beds with umbrellas in the grounds? Lovely small and private beaches. We used the al a carte restaurant once during our visit. The meal was excellent with great views over the beach and sea. We used the little train one afternoon to visit the nearby village which was worth it for the views and cafes.
