"I needed an overnight stay in Laval, that was convenient for the train station. This hotel was a perfect fit. My room was on the 2nd floor and not facing the street. It was very quiet, very clean and with a small but powerful shower. I did not book a breakfast when I booked the room, but when checking out the smell of fresh bread and coffee persuaded me to buy a breakfast. I was not disappointed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Strongly recommend the hotel."

"Fiquei nesta casa de Ibis em Laval por alguns dias, o serviço do pessoal foi excepcional, eles são extremamente amáveis e olham para você o melhor que puderem. Posso falar alguns francês, mas o pessoal também trabalha muito para comunicar com você na sua própria língua, onde podem. A seleção do pequeno-almoço frio foi extensa e de grande qualidade (não encomendé nenhum pequeno-almoço quente, por isso não me sinto capaz de comentar isso. Também não procurei, por isso não sei se é uma opção). A atmosfera do pequeno-almoço é calma e confortável e me senti relaxada."

"This hotel is reasonably priced and clean. It is like a boutique hotel with each room having a name. The beds are comfortable and bath is good. It has soap for the shower but no shampoo. It was across from a train station. There were restaurants across the street, but parking was difficult as you had to use street parking. Area seemed to be a bit run down but the hotel itself was very nice and clean and I would stay there again. We didn't get the breakfast."

"The price was high for the quality of room provided. The room was small, but there's still no excuse for the poor design. First, there are no curtains so it was uncomfortable getting in the shower which was directly in line with the window. It was also very bright in the morning which disrupted my sleep. The shower is small and the door opens inward for some reason, which made it ridiculous to get in and out trying to maneuver around the door. There's no way a bigger body could manage. The shower may need new grout because it currently looks quite mouldy. The worst part is that there is no door to the toilet. That is beyond unsanitary. It's also incredibly weird that someone can see the toilet from the bed with no privacy. I am baffled by this room. "

"This is a very charming hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family room for 5 people. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was so charming that we would highly recommend this unique place!! The main bed was hard which was fine for my husband but I ended up kicking one of the kids out of their bed because it was softer. But it was all fine. The breakfast was a little small. Wish they had a few more items like yogurt and cheese. Make sure to walk around and enjoy the scenery. It is so quite in a hidden little wooden area in the middle of the city. We stopped here after the LeMans Classic and on our way to Mont St. Michelle. It was the perfect place for our teenagers to feel like they were "back in time" yet with modern comfort."
