"Daois Cove never fails to amaze me how they keep getting the experience and service so right. From pick up, to check in to the pool and restaurants. The staff work relentlessly to make things as perfect as they can be for your stay, and all with a smile. Coming back, having been before, you also recognise the same staff year on year which can't be the case for every resort and that family feel really comes through in everything the resort does. The food and wine are excellent. The beach and pool both great places to spend the day. It's hard to fault, and a place i will always think of and discuss with my family for an exceptional holiday we will always remember."

"O Hotel é Muito bonito, MAS não pretendido.O pessoal é Muito amigável e sempre ajudou.Como outros disseram, você TEM camas de sol para a SUA estadia brilhante. Encontramos instalações boas - gimnasio, palhaço e tenis são grandes e a praia e baía privada são fantásticas. Há um barco de golfe que leva você para a saída/entrada do palácio de Elounda e de lá é a 10 minutos a pé para o porto e a promenade com cargas de bares e restaurantes. Temos duas suites familiares adjacentes, grandes, mas próximas à modernização, e apenas a gripe é o preço de uma cerveja ou de um alimento na praia/pool, que até mesmo para um hotel de qualidade é excessivo. O táxi para Agios Nikolaos é um preço fixo e vale a Pena um táxi de 10 minutos e visitar Spinalonga interessante.Toda a visita Fantasticamente à Creta e Ao Povo Creta Amigável."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Rocrita Resort in Crete! The hotel is around 1.5 hours from Heraklion Airport and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. I loved how peaceful and secluded it felt, and the views were breath-taking every day. The private beach was one of the best beaches I have ever visited. Our room was wonderful, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a swim-up room. We loved having direct access to the pool and being able to use it whenever we wanted. The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so warm and friendly. I especially loved how they remembered me whenever I visited or simply walked past them. Their service made our stay feel very special. Special shout out to Kim, Maria, George and the staff by the main pool bar! They were amazing. The food was also incredible. We visited the Italian à la carte restaurant, and it was genuinely some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Once again, the service was excellent. It was an unforgettable holiday, and I would absolutely love to return!"

The hotel itself is beautifully positioned overlooking Mirabello Bay, with stunning views from almost every corner. The location is ideal, peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore Elounda, Plaka and Spinalonga. The adults-only atmosphere creates a calm and luxurious environment that is perfect for unwinding. Our room, patio and private pool were excellent, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with wonderful sea views. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout our stay and consistently maintained the room to a very high standard. The food was also excellent, with plenty of variety and high-quality ingredients. We particularly appreciated the freshness of everything and the friendliness and professionalism of the restaurant staff, who always greeted us with a smile and made every meal enjoyable. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. From the reception team who were always welcoming and helpful, to the housekeeping staff who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, every member of staff genuinely seemed to care about ensuring guests had a great experience. A special mention must go to Marios from Guest Relations. During our stay my partner experienced some medical issues, and Marios went above and beyond to help us. His flexibility, kindness, responsiveness and genuine concern made a difficult situation far easier to manage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he consistently found solutions whenever we needed assistance. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy their stay, and he is a real credit to the hotel. Luxury hotels can have beautiful rooms, great food and stunning views, but it is the people who create lasting memories. The entire team at Royal Marmin Bay succeeded in doing exactly that. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Crete."

Cristos and then also all ladies at the spa..are beyound beautiful people and I can only recommend this place, Im giving it 11 / 10❤️ evcharisto !"
