Aliante Casino & Hotel

the casino is nice and fairly new looking. parking is free - valet is also free. the casino wasn't crowded. the room was nice except the shower didn't work right. only had hot water. they fixed it after we told the front desk. we used the pool and the hot tub. the work our room is pretty big with lots of equipment. we didn't use it but looked in there.

Really bad the gave us a dirty blanket.

On website it states price with hotel fees. I paid trip.com $61.00 and was told to pay hotel $30.00 somewhat dollars upon arrival…. THIS IS FALSE BECAUSE AS SOON AS I ARRIVED HOTEL WANTED AN EXTRA $100 from me. I did not do a one night stay at that hotel due to this false advertising!!! I spoke to Chime and Trip.com customer service. Now if i was told i would be charged an extra $100. I would of never had tried to book a stay. Im not trying to hustle money from Aliante casino, Chime, or Trip.com. I am only wanting my own money back from trip.com in which i was denied. No one knows my financial situation but $61.00 means a lot to me. Now i paid for part of a stay that i NEVER GOT TO SLEEP IN… so if my $61.00 means that much to this company TRIP.com. Which is bull because im pretty sure the company is making billions. BE CAREFUL WHAT U PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ITS NOT WHAT IT CUTS OUT TO BE… never will i deal with this company because customer service is not their specialty🤬🤬🤬

Service was good, we called the hotel because we were stuck in traffic and we were arriving late. At the time of booking, I requested clean bedsheets because the previous time we had stayed there, the bedsheets smelled dirty, but our request was not full filled. The bedsheets even had makeup, and we didn't call because it was late and we were tired. The next day the cleaning lady knock on our door at 9am asking if we needed anything, and of we said no, we just wanted to rest, we were tired after a seven hours drive. The day we were leaving, the same thing happened that the cleaning lady came to knock and asked what time we were leaving. Luckily, we were ready and we were starting to take our luggage to the car, and we did our first trip to the car, when we came back to the room to retrieve our last things , she had already been in the room and even left a note saying who had clean the room. We felt very rushed out of the room, which we had until 11am to check out. Very uncomfortable stay

Excellent service excellent staff members were willing in very friendly and very helpful free ballet free parking free Bell service restaurants nearby within walking distance in the casino movie theater and Starbucks inside the casino One restaurant/ bar is open till 7:00 a.m. which was very convenient you have this late night cravings they have in room service and false service Lobby is beautiful and clean their rooms were very clean and at one point my sink was plugged and I requested that to be checked out and fixed and they immediately came up and fixed it I was over all very happy with the hotel services and staff

We had a really great time. It was just me and my 12 year old daughter for a little staycation. There were a little things here and there and I’m not trying to be a Karen. The tall lamp near the window didn’t work. There were fingerprints on the windows, there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not that comfortable. It seems very stiff to me however, it’s probably because I’m used to my premium mattress at home . I woke up with an extremely sore back . They have a coffee machine there for you to use and they put water next to it but they want you to pay three dollars to use that water to make your coffee which doesn’t make sense and then when I asked the maid down the hall if you have the small little bottles of the Aliante Water. (which were placed in a previous room when I stay there a month ago.) they said no there’s the life water there for you to use- again three dollars. Yes I guess I could go to the bathroom sink and use bathroom water to make my coffee.  then of course the pool -we get downstairs to go in the pool and the water was so cold. My daughter refused to go in it., the reason why we booked a staycation was to have a nice pool day before it started getting cooler in Vegas. Like it wasn’t heated at all. We ended up staying in the Jacuzzi spa the entire time. And it’s funny because I noticed everyone that showed up that day to use the pool took a step in the pool and took a step right out of the pool and looked around like this is absolutely freezing and there was hardly anybody in the pool—I’m sure it ruined a lot of peoples day. Other than those minor little issues we had a really great time. The food at FARM was really great, my daughter loved the robot bringing us the food. And they make really good freshly made chocolate chip cookies ❤️
