It is a time share property so you are actually renting somebody’s room that manage by a management company. They don’t provide house keeping at all and “the upon request” charges $65 each time. There’s a self serve convenient store but the price is quite high the good thing is it’s 24/7. Other than that, there is no other option for F&B. Basically the free shuttle, free coffee/tea and semi equipped kitchen are the only things the hotel provides. Gym is good, big and clean. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool so cannot comment on that. The wifi is weak, and it only allows 4 devices. The wall is very thin, you can hear your neighbors.

Second time staying here! Great for families, pool are very nice and have a great kids area. It’s nice not to have a ****** and thousands of people in the bottom of the lobby. Highly recommend it!

Staff were very friendly nd helpful. Our room was very clean. They offer free transportation from the hotel to the strp and to the grocery store.very convinient

The property was nice, I did not know we would be considered owners. There was no daily clean up, because of this.

Very spacious had small amenities in the room like fridge, dishwasher, and toaster. My complaint is that there was stains on the bed sheets and we found a booger on the pull out couch. Also the drain was clogged on the shower. The property had a lot and was still semi close to the *****.

The property was in a good location and had an excellent pool and spa area. The staff was amazing with each interaction. However, I expected more for the price. Several details were left unnoticed by the hotel, such as the empty soap dispensers, the hair dryer that had been fixed and now left with a short cord, making it unreachable from the outlet to your head. Pull out bed was so very hard had to call for several blankets to add more cushion, I would not count on it as a usable bed. The sheets for pull-out were musty smelling. The shower water pressure was very poor. Room service is not available except for a charge, so read the fine print carefully.
