Food was great the vibe and the view was also amazing at night and the service made the night better 10/10. The price was actually quite good and the quality of the food was great too. Jose took care of us and made the night very pleasant. A great place for a few drinks and food with an amazing view.

First we receiver a room on 6th floor, 604. Outside the hotel, aprox 1 meter from the entrance there is a highway with 6 files, heavy and fast traffic 24/7. It was like the beds were placed in the middle of the highway, no sleep that night, called the reception at 5:30 in the morning to change room. We had two choices, one at the first floor at the highway and one with the view to a black wall, but quiet. A small room, probably a single room because there were only one towel and one papercoup. Well we felt the odour in the bathroom but not as heavy as day two, today. I nearly throw up and had to leave the bathroom. It said it should be shampoo with conditioner but of course it wasn’t, it was very dirty in the shower with a lot of black mowl. The hairdryer was screeming when I used it. My husband booked this as a birthday travel and stay during his birthday. It is the most horrible stay we ever had in a hotel and we have made many trips. In the description of the location of the hotel you get the impression that it is just beside the beach. IT IS NOT!! You are located at the highway. Do not go here if you are not forced to. We moved out two days before our check out and moved to a very good hotel, far away from the highway and close to las Canteras. Ps to the manager do not bother to explain this. Do your work and see to that all Windows Will be changed to 4-glass.

Pros: - very good position, right next to Playa de las Alcaravaneras and the port of the city - The station for public transport in the immediate vicinity, allows easy access to and from the airport or to the tourist destinations on the island Versus: - The apparently futuristic, minimalist architectural style, on a predominantly metal structure, everything being at least gloomy, uninviting: the entrance hall to the hotel greets you only with a narrow wooden staircase that goes down to the basement, where the reception is are located and another ramp of wood that leads to the mezzanine, where is the elevator and a rather small and narrow space, with a few tables for serving breakfast; - Throughout the hotel, black prevails, everything that surrounds you is in color black-graphite: the walls and ceilings in the rooms, halls, the furniture, the tiles in the bathrooms, the narrow hallways with black walls, very dimly lit, so that an atmosphere is created gloomy; even in the large paintings on the walls, many of them quite beautiful, black backgrounds predominate - Dark rooms, the natural light being constructively obstructed by some colored plastic slats arranged on the outside along the entire length of the windows - in the rooms, the washbasin space is separated from the beds only by a narrow screen of transparent glass, thereby removing any possibility of privacy necessary for performing a body hygiene, without a towel holder or an electrical socket intended for the use of a razor, a hair curler or similar; - At least in the bathrooms, if not in all the areas of the hotel, an urgent resanitization is required, the patina of time being heavily impregnated in the corners and in the places more hidden from the eyes... - at breakfast, due to the small number of tables and the insufficient service staff, agglomeration is created at certain moments, the staying tourists having to wait at the entrance for a table to be released, cleared, sanitized and prepared; a single serving waiter, no matter how quickly he acted, at the peak breakfast time he could not cope, prepare the meals for the new arrivals or serve at the bar at the same time; - the products served at breakfast are quite good in quality but little diversified, repeated daily and served in rather small quantities, thus frequently requiring the intervention of tourists to request the waiter to refresh/feed them

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my disappointing stay: Location: 2/5 The hotel is situated on a noisy street, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. The constant street noise made it challenging to relax, especially during the night. If you're sensitive to noise, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations. Customer Service: 1/5 The level of customer service provided by the staff fell short of expectations. From the moment of check-in to various interactions throughout my stay, I found the staff to be unresponsive and unaccommodating. It's disheartening when the service does not match the hospitality one would expect from a hotel. Amenities - Pool Access: 2/5 One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of a pool, which, unfortunately, turned out to be inaccessible during my stay. The staff did not provide any clear explanation or alternative solution, leaving me disappointed and without the amenities I had anticipated enjoying. In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was not up to the standard I expected. The combination of the noisy location, poor customer service, makes it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

We were somewhat disappointed to many things. We paid extra for half-board but the dinners were awful. We could not eat the main dishes. We had to start eating in nearby restaurants. We had to change our room to one with seaward view because the first room had only small windom to gloomy chute. The beach that seems to be next to the hotel is actually on the other side of wide motorway and there is no zebra crossing anywhere nearby.

After a slow start concerning the menu choices, the staff were keen to help kindly to help me with the menu that suited my health issue. The welcome was warm and the room very clean and specious. The service is excellent and so is the breakfast that was very exclusive and enough choices. Not only the design of the Hotel and their rooms stands out, but all the staff and management did everything to make the guests welcome and meet their wishes.
