Phone did not work in room
TV remote was for a different room number not mine
No working WIFI at all.
Tried to work with Hotel Customer Service
Desk clerk lied to CS agent who called.
CS refused to cancel booking and get me in hotel with working equipment
I was literally at the lobby desk when CS agent called and listened to her lying to agent
I am a fleet owner with 39 drivers on the road weekly. I have instructed all drivers to not use Hotel APP
Last month i reimbursed 4236.00 for hotels using this app.
I advised in system wide email that i will not reimburse any hotel bookings using Hotel App
