The staff are great yet understaffed. but the facility is not so good. We havent had the chance to use the infinity pool. And the beach is very dirty. Billiard table is expensive for rent

DON’T BE FOOLED by the pictures! This hotel is extremely disappointing. Rooms: Just average, white rooms. But the wooden flooring was sticky, and the hot water didn't function properly at night. The air conditioner was also quite noisy. Also, all the towels provided were worn out. Swimming pool: The pool is aesthetic but the water is cloudy. Beach: It was unsuitable for swimming, with muddy shores. The white sand was only present near the pool, separated from the actual beach. There were numerous inconveniences during our stay. We had booked three rooms, and although the booking was confirmed in the app, the staff claimed that they couldn't find one of the bookings. This led to a wait of nearly three hours for verification, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, my family had to endure the scorching heat in the lobby without any fan or air conditioning. Consequently, my sister and her partner decided to leave due to the supervisor, Ms. Vanessa's, poor management and service. Furthermore, the supervisor authorized the cancellation of our booking at Trip.com for the second night without notifying us, despite our explicit instructions not to do so anymore. They deliberately misrepresented the payment terms and withheld vital information from us, resulting in an additional charge of 3,000 pesos for the regular rate. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a truly dreadful experience.

Getting there takes a while because of traffic. The hotel seems to be undermanned. I've tried calling reception a few times and no one was answering.The pools were not well maintained. There were a lot of leaves and sand in them. There should be a like a sand trap or a small pool were people can wash their feet before going in the pool. The beach also had a bit of smell. There was like coagulated oil that came from the kitchen maybe that was by the right side of the beach. The room was a bit dark (not enough lighting). There's no bidet in the toilet. However, the beds were comfortable.

酒店就像大多數人評價的一樣非常糟糕，設施非常老舊，空調聲像拖拉機一樣，晚上根本沒法睡覺，附近有工地，白天八點到晚八點基本上都是噪音，園區裏還有好多野狗，而且這個酒店朝向不好，日出日落都看不了。選擇時候多看看其他人的評論。性價比非常差，也就是一百來塊錢民宿的水平。

Very expensive and no utilities

Booked for my aunt and her fam. The kids enjoyed their stay. Accommodating staffs too.

The service is excellent. Staffs are friendly and attentive. The location is a bit of a challenge since it is secluded but the view of the ocean sunrise is breathtaking. Overall, the physical facility needs an overhaul and is a bit outdated. Some tiles in the pool 12ft pool are missing which can cause bruises to the swimmers. Most of the washrooms and shower rooms need an upgrade. I hope the towels will be replaced with some new ones soon.

Everything was great. They were 5 minute late but they were friendly. Although they didn’t have the cover for the bathtub drain so we couldn’t use it.

Fantastic facilities and pools. A great place to spend your day relaxing poolside. Drinks and food were a bit overpriced and the location is far from other restaurants and sites.
