The resort is literally stunning and beautiful. Check in at 6am on Christmas Day and they have us complimentary early check in upon us being tired after a long midnight flight. The staffs greets us everywhere we see them and the breakfast spread is marvellous!!

The best resort in cebu
The staff are professional and the hotel is very secure. It is very clean and I loved all the service.

Mak mak was our server most of the time and he made us feel special and at home. Everything from the rooms to the hotel grounds was well maintained and the food was on point. I highly recommend this place.

All the staff in Sheraton resort were so incredibly nice and helpful! I and my fiancée are planning to come back in next year. The location and the views were stunning. The facilities were modern and clean. Can’t wait to revisit again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and beautiful hotel. Only issue was the card terminal had issues accepting union pay cards. Other than that, very enjoyable stay

Credits to Andy and Hazel from the bar, Kigman from the restaurant, Nel and Robert the lifeguards, Rose from the spa. They have made my stay very much enjoyable in an otherwise not quite ready to open, disappointing sub-par Sheraton. The hotel was open in Sep 2022, NOT 2020 as provided by Trip.com. So it's too new and still needs time to run in.
I booked the so called courtyard view room but it's in fact the CONSTRUCTION site view room, which is only a fraction bit cheaper than the ocean view room. This is obviously a hotel management issue. I have stayed in many first tiered hotels with construction work going on, and they are upfront about it and provide discounts to the room. Many parts of the hotel are still under renovation of course.
There are two sensors right above the bed, flashing green and red at night. I couldn't sleep well with that.

I need to compliment Angelica and the Spa in general. They gave me the best masage experience ever. Professional skills in a great relaxing environment. And . For a reasonable price i suggest u try it. The location of this hotel feels bad given the condition and traffic of the public road leading up to the hotel. Well, otherwise everything was good at this Sheraton. No complaints
