Rest Hotel (Lanzhou West Railway Station Lanzhou Old Street)

Convenient location. Room smelled of smoke even though I requested for non-smoking room. Saw a baby cockroach. Water coming out of the shower head was boiling hot, no way to adjust the temperature. I had to use the drinking water provided to bathe.

Happy customer. Wish I could get the wifi going.

We had a TERRIBLE experience at the Rest Motel. 1. Staff can't speak English and were not willing to use a translator App to assist us. 2. Staff came to make our bed, but didn't remove trash. We had to ask for extra toilet paper, they didn't provide enough or give us extra after room service. 3. A shower curtain would be a good idea, seeing as there are already a rail up for it, then the toilet wouldn't get wet when you shower. 4. Every night children were running up and down the corridor, shouting and slamming doors, even after 11pm. 5. Our last night, children was running down the corridors, shouting and slamming doors until 2am. 6. The electricity went off at midnight on our last night. In other words, no air conditioning during the night. We could not open windows, because the traffic noise would wake us up, seeing as the hotel is situated on the main road. Our phones and power banks couldn't charge during the night. This also meant that we didn't have hot water to shower in the morning before we left for our next destination. 7. When I went to reception the next morning at 6am to find out about the electricity and hot water, I had to call a few times before someone came from a back room, very sleepy. She wasn't very helpful and said that the electricity will be back on at 7am. We planned to leave before 7am to go to the station. So this was very inconvenient for us. We would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cozy room, comfortable beds, good shower in a very convenient location (close to the West Railway station). Staff couldn't speak English. A couple of restaurants and shops around.

這家酒店夜市第一次住，門頭看着不大一般般，一進門前台微笑服務很熱情，房間在2樓，房間衞生很乾凈，新裝修的，裏面有智能小度。免費關影電視，去的時候降温蘭州真的很冷，一進房間一會就出汗，房間裏穿短袖就可以，地暖真的很熱，超級給力，洗漱的毛巾也是一次性的，乾淨衞生，還有贈送水，對於一般連鎖酒店真的很不錯了，各方面都做的很周到，大家可以參考，還逛了中山橋，夜景很漂亮，夜市吃的多，吃了好多美食，這是第三次入住了，攜程訂房很便宜，推介給大家。

房間乾淨，新裝修好像，門口就是公交站，蘭州高鐵站，蘭州老街，簡牘博物館，黃河邊都很近～.附近吃飯選擇多…

房間很温馨，乾淨，枕頭和床墊也不錯。

房間乾淨，很不錯，就是衞生間太小，窗户邊空調聲太大，晚上有點吵。其他都不錯，可以入住，走的早，忘了拍照，房間和圖片一致
