Room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Needed to be close to the train station and it was within walking distance … breakfast was simple .

The hotel is nice and new, and very close to the hight speed train station. Other than that the area is very boring, this is not the centre. also in the room you could only put on central heating and not cooling, making the air very warm and hard to breath. I slept very bad because it was so warm in the room even after turning off the heating. there were also mosquitos in the room when i came in. other than that, the design in the room was very good.

The room are gorgeousss!!! Also super convenient if you arrive by train. The Staff also helped me book my bus for the next day which so super helpful. WiFi is very instable tho, I had to stay on my phone data.

設施：酒店算比較新
衞生：很差 床單被罩污漬沒洗乾淨 四個枕頭其中有一個枕套也不換 味道很大。被子打開還有黑色的渣渣，地上床頭傢俱上一層毛毛 床頭燈也沒有打掃一樣，打電話給前台才來更換，帶孩子住衞生很重要，所以體驗特別差
樓道里有煙味，早晨起來外面也有煙味飄進來，住了三天凱悦也就貴了300塊 早餐特別豐富 泳池浴缸都有，這個衞生間的味道也大。
早餐：跟隔壁酒店共用一個餐廳，外包的。不豐富，衞生體驗也不好，吃了碗牛肉麪就走了……不明白700多的酒店跟300有什麼區別

體驗很差，服務很差，清潔很差…
1.下午2點抵達酒店，被告知無法辦理入住，因為房間沒打掃出來。一大堆人在大廳等候，接待能力不行…除了讓住客在旁邊等候，沒有任何措施解決。
2. 整個酒店沒有一個勺子🥄…晚上買了半個西瓜🍉回酒店，準備用勺子直接吃，沒有切…打電話讓客服中心送一個勺子…得到的回覆是“我們整個酒店沒有勺子，要不你用筷子”…用筷子吃沒有切的西瓜？ 真是奇葩…
後來多次溝通，讓其幫忙切塊即可，也可以不用勺子…得到的回覆是“你把西瓜拿到前台，我們幫你現場切，免得切壞了”…讓客人自己抱去前台？ 怕把西瓜切壞了？ …最後衹能把西瓜抱下去，用迷你水果刀切了兩下，給了我筷子，讓我湊合…五星級酒店的服務和解決辦法有點新奇…
3. 住2個晚上，房卡衹給我設定一天的權限…累了一天回到酒店房間，無法開門…又下樓去前台續卡，沒有任何客氣的“不好意思”，反而等我説謝謝？
4. 房間衞生很差，進屋全是灰塵，五星級酒店做清潔不用吸塵器，靠客户吸塵？？
5.酒店的早餐，餐廳是跟隔壁酒店共用的，清潔一般，體驗不行…

房間很大，乾淨漂亮，床也很舒服，要給今天的服務人員王霞好評一下，人大氣清爽，做事麻利，熱情有禮貌有耐心，貼心周到，還主動幫我叫送站的車，幫我拿行李，整個人的精神面貌，形象氣質也會讓人覺得很舒服，與酒店整體都讓人覺得和諧，舒適，下次來蘭州還會選擇温德姆，很贊

室外温度30多度，酒店不開空調，在房間熬到半夜三四點都無法睡覺，馬桶沖不乾淨，工作起來異響，就是花錢買罪受，被迫讓我晚上12點退房，換了家離温德姆500米的酒店，人家空調正常工作，才讓我睡了一個安穩覺，西客站温德姆強烈不推薦，住了就是坑
