It was pretty good. Breakfast time was chaos with kids running everywhere, same with the swimming pool. The blind in our room was faulty and they sorted it out quickly.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. When I opened the toiletries box and there was mouthwash in it, I was really warmed up. Hygienic: There are sanitary corners, dirty carpets and cracks in floor tiles (maybe the reason why the hotel has been used for too long). Facilities: really bad. I stayed for two nights in total, and I started to book a standard room (close to the road noisy). After I arrived at the room, I contacted the staff to change the room. I was told that the standard room was close to the road and changed the room (tell me that the car may not be so noisy at night). The result is that I am too naive, not exaggerated to say that I feel like I sleep on the road, I don't fall asleep all night, and the whole person has to explode in an emotional state at any time. The next day, I decided to add a quilt to change to a big bed room (on a business trip with colleagues). The first time I changed the house, it was also very noisy (the sound of the restaurant equipment, saying that it would be better after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night), I couldn't help but want to change the hotel. The customer service staff contacted the front desk staff to suggest changing rooms in other areas. The room will be better; when we communicated at the front desk, the front office supervisor gave us a free upgrade to the room type. The service attitude was quite warm, but the air conditioning sound (automatic mode) in the last room was very large, and the air conditioning quilt was turned off. I slept for one night (relative to the previous room noise can be ignored). Others: There was a beautiful afternoon tea on the first day of the stay, which was a bit difficult to say. I remember that there was fruit (deducted points) when I booked the room, and I don’t know if I received it (see picture). Anyway, it wasn't very pleasant.

The location is very good, with the Provincial Museum opposite and the center of Lanzhou on the left, and the place to eat is also convenient. There is a bus stop at the entrance of Lanzhou Center. The hotel is very clean, the equipment is new, the front desk service is very good, and there is also a robot that helps Songshui deliver food. Highly recommended!

Very good, directly upgraded the executive floor, the room is large, elegant and generous. If there is any problem, the hotel will assist in solving it as soon as possible. There is no push or reluctance, and it feels at home. In addition, there are robots that are very convenient for food delivery. By the way, the scenery outside the window is very good, overlooking the mountains, I feel very comfortable.

The 42nd floor of the hotel has a beautiful view, complete smart facilities throughout the house, high-grade daily necessities, unlimited drinks in the refrigerator, no charges, comfortable bedding, and I tried Atour's sleep pillow, which is great! Due to the flight delay, the guy at the front desk provided free late check-out, a thumbs up! 👍It’s convenient and quick to go to any scenic spot, a must-stay when you come to Lanzhou!

The hotel is in a great location just 15 minutes walk from the yellow river iron bridge. Convenient underground parking Big, spacious, modern room with a nice shower and comfy bed. Great desk area with city views! Wifi was a little inconvenient (having to scan and sign up) and stopped working after I left and returned to the room later (however staff were very helpful so I'm sure if I asked for help it would have been resolved!) A decent breakfast selection. It would benefit from adding coffee (American etc.) - currently there is a pre-mixed white coffee machine. Would recommend the hotel :-)
