一句話差評，酒店位置偏僻，居住體驗差勁，服務質量糟糕，750一晚鬧麻了。
下面我個方面簡單展開講講這破酒店的問題。
服務：
1，剛到酒店下出租車沒有人接行李，雖然他們有送行李的小推車，但是工作人員走過來就看着你，然後揹着手跟着你走，也不打招呼不説話，莫名其妙（莫非送行李看人中國人不搭理？）。
2，這酒店根本沒有多國語言服務，前台餐吧都是完全不懂中文，英語也一般發音很怪，總之溝通很勉強，辦理入住之後沒有人帶去房間，我索性自己去找，找的沒頭緒回頭要求工作人員帶到房間（用英語表達清楚了讓他帶路），他就帶了一小段路走到電梯遠遠指了一個方向又揹着手走了，震驚我一晚上，在泰國住的200塊錢的老酒店裡的服務員也比這個敬業。
3，這個酒店沒有洗衣房，提供了外包的洗衣服務，但非常貴，一件衣服差不多5馬幣（7.5人名幣）。
4，酒店訂房的時候為了雙早餐多花了接近200人名幣，完全不值得，沒有鮮榨果汁，沒有鮮牛奶，也沒有中餐。
設施：
5，房間空調嗡嗡嗡的聲音非常大（冰箱一樣嗡嗡嗡的巨響），這天氣不開空調又不行，導致好幾晚都是戴着降噪耳機睡着的。
6，房間沒有浴缸，切換熱水反應速度不快，吹風機很老風力很小，三晚就供應了3瓶水，第一晚有兩瓶第二晚更新了一瓶。
衞生：
7，房間打掃不乾淨，衞生間臟，第一晚入住就發現了洗臉枱後面有垃圾，當時被酒店服務噁心到了，我也沒主動反饋這個問題（感覺不會有效果），實際情況是到了最後退房那天都沒有收拾乾淨。
8，定酒店頁面顯示有送機服務，退房那天打電話問了並沒有。
環境：
9，酒店位置不好，實際上離珍南海灘很遠，走路是不可能到的，打車10馬幣左右，去瓜鎮打車30馬幣左右，附近吃飯的地方就兩三個，基本都宰客，光果汁就比正常的地方貴百分之20，一杯多個1-2馬幣。
10，酒店有一片自己的海灘，客房走5min就可以到，但是不是該酒店獨有的，附近一個叫什麼dash的酒店也使用這片海灘，這個dash酒店很吵一直音響dj（並沒有嗨起來衹是純外放沒有人組織啥活動表演啥的），還有海灘很臟水泥一樣，所以基本沒啥房客在沙灘邊玩耍。

度假村住的很舒服，如果可以的話還會再來住的，除了沒包括早餐得自己解決，但是這個價格很划算了，打車或者走路去中心區域都很方便

房間很寬敞，窗外正對草坪，沙灘和大海。是看日落的絕佳位置。環境很安靜。早餐也不錯。有較大的停車場。唯一缺點是空調有點響。

Einchecken problemlos, allerdings war das Zimmer tatsächlich erst um 3 p.m. bezugsfähig, dh wie mussten 2 h warten; die Zimmer sind eher schlicht (drei Sterne), aber die Hotelanlage insgesamt ist einmalig schön & architektonisch sehr gelungen: wunderbarer Pool mit Whirlpool, direkter Zugang zum Strand, der feinsandig und großflächig ist; genügend liegen für alle, breakfast buffet guter Durchschnitt; dining at room; sehr gut, flott geliefert, hat gut geschmeckt; familienfreundlich. Negativ: hellhörige Räume, die Pool-area wird absurderweise mit höllenlauten Laubbläsern gereinigt (s. Foto) - zu einer Zeit frühmorgens, wo viele noch schlafen (statt mit Besen, ein absolutes No-go!); man darf hier nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Am Strand zwischen 18:00 und 19:30 verkehrt ein extrem lärmender und stinkender Traktor (s. Abb.) am Strand nebenan (nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels)n, um die Jetskis 15 m weit durch den Sand zu ziehen 8was woanders ganz ohne Maschinen gemacht wird). Ansonsten könnte (!) man hier einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang direkt am Meer genießen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wiegesagt sehr schön & gepflegt. Das ökologische Bewusstsein (Luftverschmutzung, Lärm) verdient die Note 5-6. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, das gleiche gilt vom Bad & vom Balkon, aber durch seine wunderschöne Lage am Meer und die schönen Pools ist der Value for Money positiv zu bewerten.

整個酒店沒有合格的生活用水，水龍頭裡放出來的水都是黃色的，不是微微的發黃，而是接近啤酒的顏色，水裡還有黑色的顆粒物，放了許久也是這樣，根本無法使用，更別説刷牙、洗臉和洗澡了，酒店説是在進行水管改造，近期一直是這種情況，沒辦法解決。太荒唐了，基本生活用水都無法提供還竟然敢賣，真是太坑人了！酒店推諉責任不解決問題，十分糟糕的入住體驗，心情大打折扣，給酒店的設施、服務差評！還是攜程客服同時跟進，直到第二天攜程單方給出瞭解決方案，攜程的服務還是積極優質的。

Our second time stay at Holiday Villa. Kids loved the pool, Garden View Room was 2 minutes walk to the beach/pool.
Tips: check on their official website, 50% off normal rate for senior citizens. Would try it next time for an upgraded room.
Plus-point: Kids-friendly hotel as they have Villakidz (kids playroom) & giant-sized chess to play for free.
Notice that they hired Malaysians from housekeeping to concierge.
Definitely will come back again... if they maintain the competitive room rates :)
