Our second time stay at Holiday Villa. Kids loved the pool, Garden View Room was 2 minutes walk to the beach/pool.
Tips: check on their official website, 50% off normal rate for senior citizens. Would try it next time for an upgraded room.
Plus-point: Kids-friendly hotel as they have Villakidz (kids playroom) & giant-sized chess to play for free.
Notice that they hired Malaysians from housekeeping to concierge.
Definitely will come back again... if they maintain the competitive room rates :)

It took us an hour to check in because the room was not ready at 9pm! There was only one outlet opposite the bed so you have to charge one item at a time. Our curtains couldn’t close all the way so it never gets dark in the room. If you want to use the infinity pool, you have to pay extra. It was not worth the price and I would not recommend it!

Excellent infinity pool with superb view over the beach! But RM25 will have to be paid for each usage even when you are a hotel’s guest (premium deluxe room). Hence I have paid a total of RMB50 for today and yesterday!

I would not expect a 4-star hotel has so many prob, room not clean, phone in the room cannot be used, leaking etc. Worst part is the services of the hotel, keep telling me that they will solve in 5-10min again n again, and guess what, after 30-40min wait and after my numerous calls, the person in charge told me that no one told her earlier and she just aware of these issues and ask me to giv her another 15min to solve the issue. End up i wasted 1 hour to wait, n spoilt my mood. Hotel's playroom seems allow restaurant diner to use it, which is bad. Coz end up 95% of d users r diners' kids. These facilities shall be limited to guests' use and not diner. But beach n bar n restaurant r ok. Bell boy also provided good n warm services.
