Initially couldn’t locate the hotel as you need to walk into the corridor between shops. Room is big and clean. Great location, walking distance to Cenang beach and duty free shops ☺️

This place was so filthy!
They don’t even have a light or toilet paper in the lobby WC.
They photoshop the images they put here. You can see what the facade really looks like on the photos I have uploaded. The rooms were even worse when looking in the brochure in their ”lobby”.
They refused me a refund only hours after booking, on the grounds that ”when you order a burger, you don’t expect it to look like on the picture”…
That says it all.
I ended up checking into the much nicer (but same priced) hotel right beside the mall.

the room is big, but the water is a bit slow, the swimming pool lacks water, it doesn't work.. please fix it...tq for me

Second time stay here. Room quite spacious. The housekeeping give us drinking water everyday thruout our stay. Service good. Parking very limited at the back. A bit noisy during day because next door got some renovation but its ok since we not in the room most of the time. Might consider staying again next time.
