This amazing discovery is the perfect hotel to relax, & unwind, I never feel like leaving and stay for one more amazing meal in the restaurant, the staff are friendly, courteous, & do that little bit more to calm the morning, (my second visit), I’m going back again soon. I wish they could get a covered in electric high speed recharge station.

We went to a nearby party and spent the night here. The rooms are quite large with all amenities needed. Especially the bed was great. The hotel has lovely decorations and comfortable interior. The staff is friendly and the Sunday brunch great.

Hotelroom, top. Food, top. The will to solve a customer problem is not existing though. The hotel is promoting a partnership with AquArena in Herzogenbuchsee for a special price, but be aware, the offer contains the whole package for CHF 20.- per person (swimming, sauna,…). If you just want to swim with your kids, you can pay CHF 20.- locally for the whole family. This information will not be provided at the hotel desk, so you end up going there with your kids (who definitely not use the spa section), realize how small the swimming area is (as you don’t know upfront as a guest of the hotel, never been there before) and will be charged with CHF 20.- per person at the checkout, getting the information that its too late to fix this now and no will to reimburse the money you way overpayed for something you didn’t consumed. Allthough the management of the hotel tells you they will communicate better in the future, they still leave you with no solution. Makes the whole stay at this hotel leave you with a very bad feeling.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The location is quite good as it's just a short drive to Langenthal centre where there is shops and restaurants.
The only negative was the bed given was a kingsize bed however, the duvet cover was only a double. This had placed it so it appeared to cover the width of the bed but was too short to cover my myself from head to foot. I turned the cover around the correct way but this didn't then cover all the bed. I was there alone on business, so I managed for a few nights. The pillows are really bad!

The hotel is very clean and nice with a friendly staff. The restaurant is great with a delicious menu and great staff. Jovani is the best, very friendly helpful and fun in the restaurant and lounge!!!

The whole hotel gives a really warm, welcoming and cosy feel. Great restaurant, excellent dinner and breakfast and attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are spotless, modern, large and incredibly comfortable with a bed you don’t want to leave!

Als Überraschung für jemanden, der Geburtstag hatte, habe ich leider selbst nicht teilnehmen können, daher habe ich beschlossen, das Essen zu übernehmen und das als kleines Geschenk zu machen. Das hat hervorragend funktioniert! Vielen Dank für den grossartigen Service!
