This is a best hotel in the Olympic village which is located near the Placid lake. We have a great time and the views are very beautiful that can compare with any place in Switzerland.

感覺是小鎮上最棒的酒店，古典的裝修，酒店的規模，還有內部各個角落聖誕節的裝飾足跡，都讓人心情愉悦！唯一美中不足就是房間內部設施有點舊，希望能翻修，Lake Placid這個小鎮冬天下雪太美了，以後還會來住這裏度假！

We had a wonderful time. The views were perfect and we were able to walk everywhere in Lake Placid. Breakfast and dinner also pretty good and very convenient. The room is spacious and clean and has a microwave and small fridge! The facility itself is a bit old and needs a facelift, lots of strange smells. :)

Loved the staffed front desk. Everyone was very helpful. I called about a broken fridge and they were willing to come at 11pm at night but I said the next day was fine.
I didn't like that there is only one way in and out of the building. I had a room at the other end of the building on the second floor and there was no elevator. Even though I was able to use a luggage cart, It was still a hassle to bring all my stuff to/from my car to the hotel room. The parking lot is huge but still ways walk from the front door but they let you park in the roundabout to load/unload.

It’s a beautiful location and overall a nice experience! Areas for improvement-the rooms are a bit outdated so overpriced (they could use an update!), and the pool is cold (turn that up a few degrees more), and the pool deck is a hazard waiting to happen as it’s very slippery!

Great views of Mirror Lake and Whiteface Mountain from the room. Wi-Fi was horrible. Could not properly connect and when we were it was constantly dropping out.

I love the property. Very clean and the views were amazing. I also loved the pool. The only thing that I didn't like was a older lady, blonde hair with glasses at the breakfast, she was very rude, but other than that everyone else was great and the breakfast was good. I loved the Jacuzzi, the pool was very cold, not able to go in, the only recommendations that I have that they should heat up the pool specially being so cold in the winter, you're looking for warm water but I will definitely will be staying again
