The location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect! Highly recommend? The picture was taken directly outside my room. What more could you ask for at an excellent facility. When in lake Havasu be sure to stay at the heat.

The Heat Hotel sits next to the London Bridge in Lake Havasu City. Location is great but don’t look for luxury accommodations. Beds were very comfortable tho the carpeting seemed more appropriate for a spring break crowd.

The only thing that was wrong is we did not have hot water for showers two of the three days . Very disappointing.

Love staying here. The inferno room is the best with dogs and views. Love it here at the HEAT hotel!!

Definitely cool. Place to stay right next to the London bridge! Also, if you're a drinker check in is also a bar 🙂 little overpriced for what you get. That location is very very good close to everything. Get a room with a balcony 🙂
