Park Lane Hotel Lahore

房間的面積不算太大，也不算太小，剛剛好，洗手間是分離的，早餐的種類比較多，特別是甜點及蛋糕，人員也很多，綜合起來還算不錯。

酒店客房設施還不錯，早餐稍微簡單了點，但是十樓自助餐很不錯！前台小哥很熱情！

總體來説還不錯，不過前面還有一個indigo酒店，但是被預訂完了！不能換匯，ATM機維修中！

I traveled from Dubai and looking at the photos and reviews on google I called the Park Lane Hotel and booked an executive room for 1 night. Unfortunately when I checked in room 302 I was welcomed with foul smell coming for the toilet. The toilet was extremely unclean and unhygienic, toilet walls were extremely dirty and unsanitary, the bed sheets were stained with blood, the tables in the room were full of dust and stains, the telephone was full of dust, the kettle was extremely smelly and unclean, the tea bags were kept open and were wet. Extremely disappointed and made up my mind to check out asap even if my payment is not refunded. The only reason I gave 2 stars to the service was because they agreed to replace my room. To summarize, I would advise the readers to stay away from this hotel. This is not a 4 star facility, if it were up to me I would not rate this place more than 2 stars.

Location is good and centrally located, staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are spacious and clean however wash rooms needs renovation. Breakfast is good and but requires more continental & Western Dishes. GYM Requires more better equipment.

I am currently staying at this hotel. It is now 3:30am and I so upset with this hotel I’m reaching out to others not to book and have the experience I am having. We are a group of the 3 currently touring Pakistan by road. We stated our journey by road from Karachi and are currently staying here in Lahore. Firstly , we booked for 4 ppl however one of our friends couldn’t make it. Other hotels we have stayed at have reached out on the *********** platform and asked if we required anything before our arrival such as an airport transfer or what is our eta to the hotel. Park Lane simply sent a message explaining that should you not checkin by 4pm your booking will be cancelled. This caused me serious anxiety and added unnecessary stress. I rang the hotel and told them we are definitely coming and not to cancel. We thankfully arrived and was told that we only have one room booked. This was then changed to you have two double rooms booked. At no time were we asked about the 4th person and we have now paid for our friend in his absence. Next the rooms , yes we are sharing beds. We asked about our selected twin rooms , however was told simply that these have been prioritised for the pakistan under 19’s cricket team who are staying at same. We were given the option of having a spare mattress out in the room. The porter did bring up however this was retuned due to the horrid smell emanating from it. I don’t think it has been cleaned. The reason I am up is that the air conditioning unit doesn’t work. Instead there is a vent in the room blowing air , this air has a stench. This is simply not a the quality i had expected from a hotel in Gulberg. I have asked 5 times for our room to be f cleaned today and to be provided with clean towels and toilet paper. My requests were simply ignored. The rooms are really outdated. The bathrooms are much worse. They do not even have the basic shampoo and shower gels you would expect from a hotel which advertises it self as exceptional. The smell is now unbearable. I have a sour throat and deeply regret booking this hotel. For me it’s not my first visit to Lahore. For my friends it is and they will not be coming again. So far we have stayed in such amazing hotels with amazing staff reaching out to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. This is not the case with Park Lane, most of the staff just stare at you. As a foreigner, this hotel has made me feel like I’m not wanted in Pakistan. The breakfast consists of mainly a lunch menu with limited items for foreigners like a continental breakfast. There is no coffee facilities in room or at breakfast. The pillows are soo hard and big you get neck strain. If you are thinking of booking this hotel , DO NOT , save your health , money and insanity . There are some amazing Hotels in Lahore or a fraction of the cost. Also internet is terrible , disconnects every couple of minutes

Nishat hotel is a beautiful hotel in the pakistan ..... I stay 27th August... my stay was Excellent and Most personalty Mr.Khurram and Mr. Naeem from Resturant is a good server.... Room cleaning is very good ..... and over All bistro team was Excellent......thanks

I have booking for 18th to 21, i am frequent traveller and write review after i stay, this time i am writing before my visit so wait for my 2nd review which will be actual experience base. Why i am writing before arrival the reason is that i ask hotel before i stay to knew the hotel staff way of dealing. Unfortunately i had unpleasant experience on my call with staff. Initially my call disconnected three times and then call landed but was not good on the customer part. I will stay for first day if not cancelled on 18 and will decide accordingly. I booked this venue in January 2023 for 7th to 10th of February 2023 according to hotel policy pay at the property I were in Uk when I made a booking when arrived in Pakistan I called hotel 3 days before to check booking is still valid they said my booking is confirmed,when I came to check in on 7th of February they said my booking is cancelled I were shocked I asked who cancelled it then because I have not paid you got call the hotel before 10am same day I argued it doesn’t say any where so I had no choice but to book a another venue my mrs was very upset, I will not recommend to anyone m.Ilyas Uk
