Ambience was very good. Room service was so fast and good, cleanliness at its peak. Washrooms are well maintained. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Food was delicious and well cooked according to standards.

I have been staying at hotel one Mall road branch since 2012. Since that time it jas become home away from home . Although I have an apartment in lahore but my kids and family love to stay at hotel one mall road branch because of their awesome food and excellent service.

Great service. Zero complaints. Definitely will visit again. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, staff is very cooperative, breakfast is nice. The thing i love the most about hotel one is the location

Amazing saty in hotel one the mall Lahore. This staff is very good. Reception staff is so much good. Because this staff all things understand. This property rooms is good. And kitchens food is amazing. This food is so amazing.

Over all good experience.hotel one mall is best hotel with suitable rate . My family enjoyed to much specially morning breakfast. Hotel Staff professional and active. Next month we will come back .

Service is so good.i recommended to my family and friends. I was staying R# 204 room was very good and staff was professional . Your bf was very good we enjoyed it. I give you some suggestion kindly kitchen timing will open 24 hours.

Excellent location clean room good breakfast most helpful and respectfully staff it's location is good as it is close to airport everything is ok enjoy the mall road enjoy free wifi free parking and 5 restaurants
