"FRAUDULENT HOTEL Do not book nor stay, the hotel used to be grand Hyatt but taken over by the new owners of Chinese origin. The room I booked was filthy, bathrooms was filthy and stained. The mattress was fake, bedspread was off white, it has seen better days. I have to check out when one of the owners came and started demanding for extra money of $20 per day even though entire total has already been paid. Comfort of guest is compromised and that moment left and went looking for alternative accommodation."

Aside all these HORRIBLE encounters, I was told another HORRIBLE info about earning the elite night.... Also complained to Marriott no warning at point of booking, BEWARE...You won't get 1 elite night for 1 night stay.. for around USD145 nightly RIP off will only earn you bloody pathetic 0.5 elite night for 1 night stay. Do check out the photos Cheapest ever tissues (I decided to buy my own after second day) Any request of additional drinking water will be charged. (you will get two daily) I mopped my own floor and see the floor tower yourself The comparison color between floor tower and bath tower Breakfast... OMG. go check the condition of the strawberries The amazing experience just goes on and on.."

"They steal from rooms. I was staying in room 136 and my gym shorts were missing. I reported the issue, a team came and searched the room and said I must have misplaced it . Further the front office manager says I have done my best and if you want to mention on your review than pls go ahead . Pls choose an air bnb or any other option but be safe . I lost some clothes but I thank god I took my wallet with me when I left the room."
