Hotéis com piscina em Lagoa Santa

I liked it very much, the receptionists are super educated, sympathetic. The swimming pool area also, excellent! I wish you a good drink and a good drink, and congratulations to those who make the preparation of both.

I will start with good things: awesome location on the lake in a safe town, friendly staff (as much their lack of English goes), very comfortable mattress and delicious breakfast. BUT the rooms are NOT clean (as somebody already wrote, you see other people’s hair on the floor, bathroom), neither they clean floors during your stay. The furniture and facilities are quite outdated and bathroom is moldy. While the bed is huge, they don’t have fitting to it bedsheets - they barely cover the mattress and keep on sliding during the night. AND most important we got screwed upon checkout- someone twice put a dinner in our room, interestingly enough on one of our names… which was impossible to sort out with limited English skills of the staff. I am quite disappointed with the way it all went…

I loved the perfect location! I loved the perfect accommodation! Wonderful breakfast! The perfect service! Excellent location!
