TLDR: Decent room, but operated by inexperienced staff, with many many irritations. Breakfast weird. Long version: Wadworths do what they can to get under your skin. Every time you reopen your computer or phone, they want you to complete a survey (Which of these beers do you like?) You have to check in from home on the internet to avoid the check-in rush. (There are five rooms! You have to tell them your email address three times). Ditto check-out -- got a text before the breakfast service started to check out on line (yes, to avoid the checkout rush). We emailed in advance to ask if there was a/c -- my wife suffers with the heat. No response. We arrived and a young man "showed us to our room". I am 77 and was finding it a struggle to get the luggage up the stairs. No help offered. There was going to be karaoke, as well as live rugby on the tv. I asked if we could have a quiet table for evening meal. No problem, we agreed a particular table. Came down to the meal and there was another couple sitting there. Full English breakfast: not wonderful. The (one slice of) toast was actually under the fry-up. No butter, no jam.
