Tudo bom, com exceção do transfere aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto que foi horrível. Aguardo resposta a uma reclamação já apresentada. Assim, a minha avaliação reflete o mau serviço do transfere. Não fosse o problema do transfere e a avaliação melhorava substancialmente.

What a location! Arrived in the dark. Woke up on our first morning to the most amazing view..we could see the most picture perfect beach.. and azure sea ..my husband said it was the best view we’ve ever had! The islands of Los Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance and dunes as far as the eye can see! Fabulous beaches on both sides ..it was one of those rare calm as a millpond days we found out later..but what a first impression! Tres Islas is also a rarity as after a day my husband said he would come back..that is unusual! I have to say I have never been to a hotel with better staff ( and I am 65.. say that so you know I’ve been to a lot of hotels..in my head I am nothing like my chronological age!!!) ..everyone seemed genuinely so lovely..from the waiting staff to the housekeeping..could not have asked for better care..well done My only small problem was the beds were very hard but I saw toppers in the corridor and the lovely chambermaid put some on our beds without us having to go to reception and make a request…it made all the difference! The food was good..the entertainment exceeded my expectations and it was just the restful tonic I needed after a difficult year.. I met a couple of people who said why would you stay there it’s in the middle of nowhere..but I wanted to get away have a fabulous beach to walk along and swim in.. It was heavenly .(.and Corraleijo is nearby ) Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it so well! We will be back!

Reception check in Very efficient and quick did not have to wait long. Staff very friendly and happy to deal with any issue you had. I had an issue with the Riu diamond class policy regarding premium drinks which i mentioned to one of the staff . It wasn’t a complaint but the next day had a call to meet manager and discuss it which was resolved without any problems. Room Was clean and adequate a little outdated but I believe the hotel is due a refurbishment in the near future. Restaurant Food was very good and a wide range to suit all kinds of taste . Lots of salads and desserts to choose from. Staff in restaurants excellent very efficient and friendly . Krystal a la carte Very good nice ambiance and we had an excellent steak in there. Needs to be booked via reception. All inclusive snack bar in my opinion was poor compared to other 5 star palaces I’ve been to. Very basic and to be honest hardly used. Would be better of using that space to create a second a la carte restaurant or improve the food to include chips , toasted sandwiches, burgers and sausages which is standard in any 5 star in Caribbean . Mainly had bread cold salads and ham, cheeses and fruit I think the reason for this is because they also do half board at hotel so those guest have to pay for snacks such as chips and other cooked food, but hotel needs to find another solution as all inclusive snack bar is not what you would expect from a 5 star palace Bars Pool bar and piano bar were excellent. Waitresss and waiters serve you at your table so u don’t have to go to bar if you don’t want to . I went to the bar a few times and was served very quickly and hardly had to wait. Pool bar similar waiters and bar staff walk round the pools and tables to take your orders on a regular basis and bring them to you. All bar staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Again service excellent. Pools Pools very good and water was not as cold as was expecting for November . Sunbeds again a little outdated and difficult to change settings without physically getting off your bed to adjust. Beach Beach is beautiful and we went for walks on a daily basis. There are naturist on the beach but no signs to warn u so if you have young children you might not want to venture to far away from the hotel on the beach , but to be honest wasn’t an issue as everyone basically just carried on as normal. If your beach lovers be prepared to pay 9 euros for two sunbeds and an umbrella as they are not free as part of hotel package as Rui do not own beach so charges apply Entertainment There is no animation team so if your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this is the place. There’s a pianist and live singers in the evening which was very good with many guest getting up to dance . Overall an excellent holiday and the staff make it even more special. Corrajello town is a 10 minute drive away by taxi costing around 10 euros and we went there a couple of times for a Chinese a

The third time this year, we decided to come back to what this lovely welcoming hotel was. However, we are somewhat disappointed this time around. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location, lovely surroundings at the hotel on one of the best beaches in Europe, our opinion. Room allocation is perfect on arrival and offered us to go straight to the restaurant for something to eat 22.15 hrs late arrival, very welcoming because of flight delays. Restaurant staff is the most friendly and welcoming, lovely food for all tastes. Room cleaned daily by a lovely, hard-working lady, thank you. We've rated this booking down only due to the fact as a RIU now Gold class member and have over 5000 points available, we could not extend our room allocation for an extra couple of hours as previously they have done for us. Was told at reception the hotel is busy tomorrow. However, we felt like there was no attempt to juggle this about to offer us our request. We understand that there are busy times, but feel as a loyal RIU HOTELS Gold member and haven't had previous problems in extending room allocation would be a problem. Overall lovely hotel, great location and staff but don't know if we would book this hotel again if late flights were only available.

Just returned back from a wonderful holiday. The location of the hotel is fabulous, among the sand dunes and on the beach. The hotel itself is lovely. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We went half board and that was ample for us. We didn't spend what we would have done had we paid for AI. The food was great. A lot of choice and very tasty. The burgers especially were very nice! The room was spacious, even with an extra bed in. It was cleaned to an excellent standard every day. You collect clean pool towels every day. The pools themselves were clean and nice and cool. The only thing I would say is that some of the sunbed cushions require changing as they are heavily marked. Yes, the hotel is dated but adds to the charm. This doesn't detract from how clean the whole place is. All in all we had a great holiday, felt very looked after and have come home chilled.

Hotel is a little bit older but still keep RIU quality. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Location is perfect. Near beautiful long sandy beach and amazing ocean. The rating is slightly spoiled by the cuisine. For me, the food was bland, tasteless, without spices. But that is a feature of hotel cuisine, although not every cuisine. I know hotels with better cuisine. Only one key - traditional, metal. And also greetings to the security lady (with a mohawk), who followed me around the entire facility demanding to see the room keys, even though I gave her my name and room number, which she verified, but that was not enough. And also elevators. They just live their own lives and do whatever they want

Love this hotel, it just needs a bit of money spending on it! New carpets and curtains desperately needed in the rooms and corridors. Three of the four lifts were out of order most of the time and for our weeks stay, two were completely closed, so we often had to wait for a lift being on the top floor. The hotel is just showing its age. We saw engineers attending the lifts but they were not all fixed. Tiles in the pool chipped and broken, been like it for ages. Apart from a few bits of investment needed, it is still a fantastic hotel. Excellent customer service in the restaurant and bars, the staff have been there for years and are all so hard working. Food is varied and of good quality, not always hot but that's pretty normal for a buffet. We were half board, you get better quality drinks than all inclusive. Weather was an absolute bonus, sunshine and warm all week with just one day when it clouded over in the afternoon, light breeze meant it was a bit cooler on the beach than by the pool where it's more protected. Our seventh time at this hotel, won't be the last.

Just returned from a great week's stay at this excellent hotel. The building is showing its age somewhat but it was built with such quality - think marble and beautiful solid wooden units - that it still looks great. Our bedroom was very spacious including an entrance hall area - with our ensuite off that. The food is excellent - tremendous variety with quality for the breakfasts and dinner. Never a problem finding seats. And the Krystal a la carte restaurant is a gem - we ate their twice during our stay and at no extra charge. The pools are large and we always found plenty of loungers free around the pools or in a spa area or indeed on the mini beach area. The gardens are very well kept. The highlight though were the staff. From the lovely welcome on arrival (with a glass of Fizz) to the waiting staff and esp the lovely lady who looked after our room - they are exceptional, always smiling, greeting you and happy to help. A few points to bear in mind. We opted for half board. Most guests I think were on all inclusive. Prices for this vary depending on when you book but in our case, as my wife is a modest drinker and we planned to be away from the hotel for two days, we couldn't justify the extra cost. Drinks prices are reasonable but if you intend to stay in the hotel for most of your stay - including lunch - worth considering all inclusive. The hotel is on a wonderful beach - but there is little else to see unless you get a taxi into Corralejo. There is no daytime entertainment. This suited us - we were left to read in peace without noise but just be aware. The hotel is built in a sort of 'V' shape. This has the benefit of creating a relatively sheltered area within the 'V' (it can be windy) but means that a lot of the rooms - with or without sea views - don't get the sun as they are North facing. We would recommend if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet break on a fabulous beach with good food and great service.

I've stayed here on several occasions, since even its 1980s 'Iberotel' incarnation. The property is certainly tired, but the basics are generally good: a decent mattress, high cleaning standards, great water pressure in the shower (over the tub). The food reflects the prices paid. It was solid enough; more a refuelling exercise than a dining event. I liked the salad options and there was a reasonable choice of meats. Breakfast was similarly OK. I'd prefer to pay more and have real orange juice, not the ersatz liquid served here. The coffee was awful. And no possibility of ordering and paying for an espresso. But for the money, I guess, there's little to complain of. My only real gripe was the amount of plastic and increased amount of litter along the beach. I'm acutely conscious of this and help organise funding for beach cleaning near my home in the UK. So I asked reception if they had any litter sticks available so I could, at least, pick up litter rather than have to walk past it on my daily 8km beach walk. But the hotel does not have this equipment, so presumably makes no contribution to keeping the beaches here clean. This is disappointing - after all RIU are the principal financial beneficiaries of having these two enormous hotels built in the middle of a natural park. It makes me question their commitment to the environment, beyond the usual corporate PR green-wash platitudes. The beach and dunes are a fantastic natural asset. It's a shame that the oligarchal interests benefitting from this appear not to be doing their share to protect this internationally important natural space.
