The villa itself was nice but two of the loungers were broken and my friend went to sit on the garden chair and it collapsed causing her to bang her head on concrete. The shower head was lying on the floor as it was broken so we could not use. I paid 300 euros deposit and we left the place Spotless (the owner Actually thanked us for this). The garden chairs had been painted green but the paint was chipped of in many places which we noticed when we arrived. When I returned home the owner Lucia informed Me that she would not be paying my deposit back as we had graffitied the chairs. I sent her picture of the chairs when we arrived to show that the chairs were Already damaged but despite this she is still refusing to return my deposit. Lucia is a con woman and I have no doubt she has done and will do this to other people. We are a group of friends In our 60s and would never Damage any on else’s Property. Lucia should hang her head in shame. I have attached a photo Of one of the chairs the day we arrived which she has now taken our money to fix or so she said
