My husband and I spent two wonderful relaxing days at the spa. The tubs were wonderful, each a different temperature. The steam rooms were unlike any other we’ve been to. It the grotto with steam rising from the natural springs in the middle…there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax in between spas. The breakfast was delicious. There are three choices that are included including a hearty American breakfast. The service was fabulous. We were lucky enough to meet our waiter, Rogelio (Roger). Attentive, friendly service. Rogelio loves to practice his English, he is going to English school. Great guy! All the service at las jarres thermale was excellent, the rooms were exceptional. Thank you, we will be back…again

The WiFi ******. The key to the hot water broke. They had construction next to our room going on and would make fires so my room smelled like fire all night.

I reserved the Presidential room Friday to Sunday; Saturday we didn’t have water so no shower or restrooms I called reception several times and until 4pm the when I went to complain to management they were able to fix the water but because they put a pressure bomb we had a noisy afternoon and night;
The temperature of the water is very high so we couldn’t stay for long time; they have good photoshop for all the pictures so “false advertising for some of the areas” in the room there is no fridge and well we spend 2 nights but we will not reserve again.

One of the best hot springs resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. great restaurants and wide menu on drinks for everyone taste.It felt like a dream, pools and jacuzzis very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment.

Perfect place to go visit You will get great service ,clean rooms and the most important the thermal water experience .And they also have a kids waters park ,We also enjoyed they great food. We had a great time in Las Jaras.
