Excellent! Price is cheap, location is good, a lot to do in the resort! There’s butterflies garden, animal barn, observation point, beautiful gardens and plants~ room is very spacious

酒店有自己的徒步小道，看到了樹蛙，犰狳，藍蝴蝶等，還是不錯的，温泉也挺好，雖然不大，但是比較乾淨，整體還是性價比可以的

性價比高的酒店，度假村很大，最好有車，沒車可以叫shuttle，早飯很好，裏面有温泉池8個，還有火山觀景點比國家公園還好看，真心推薦

The property a beautiful but customer service could use some improvement. We walked up to the main restaurant to eat and were ignored and not greeted. The bar greeted us much bettter and we are there. Also the shuttle drivers drive by you or rush away if you don’t call them first.

Beautiful property and a must stay when in Costa Rica. The property is so serene and gives you such a beautiful vibe throughout your stay. Loved the hot springs, the pool bar and food options! The only negative was that we needed to get shuttles to get around the hotel. But it’s understandable as it’s a big property, but that won’t deter me from staying again in this property. The break fast was amazing and had so many choices to choose from. All in all…It definitely lives up to our expectations!

The general feel of Los Lagos is that this is a cared for, groomed and professionally tended place. Our stay seemed seamless. There were no major stresses or confusions. The color, the peaceful ambience and the breathtaking gardens and hot springs envelop you. It seemed edenic to us. Our room lock succumbed to the natural humidity and the battery needed to be replaced. Fifteen minutes later we were back in business. We enjoyed the variety of "sodas" available on highway 142 between La Fortuna and the lake. And as is the case across Costa Rica, the people are attentive, kind, pleasant and adorned with beautiful smiles. This was a great stay.
Bring and umbrella. The micro-climate around the volcano Arenal is unpredictable. They don't call it a "rain forest" for nothing.

Love the Los Lagos Resort. We have stayed there a couple of times. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are large and have everything you need. Many thermal pools to choose from and cool pools also. Great family resort!

The views were amazing. Food and service were great. The property was clean and rooms were well kept. The property is very spread out so we did a lot of walking but it was nice and quiet and the shuttles were readily available when needed. The kids loved the variety of pools. Drinks and food prices were very reasonable.
