"Room was very small for a twin room. Chipped toilet seat. Chipped enamel on the bath. Toilet roll holder hanging-off the wall. Beds were fresh and comfortable. Robes for the spa are old, tatty and very off-white and off-putting. The spa is like a crèche. Constantly noisy and fully of children, impossible to relax. Bar area full of children and noise. No log fire burning or tranquil ambience - felt like a motorway station. Bar staff rude, inexperienced and noisy themselves. Waiting time unacceptable for bar food (pate!). No room service even though my friend broke her leg!!!! No attempt to see if she needed anything during the days she remained in her room…. Had to beg staff for help at every juncture. It appears to be a lack of training I hope, because if it is attitude, I feel we have not stayed in the same hotel as some of the other reviews, which is why we chose the hotel in the first place. Shabby and very disappointing."

"Temos um bom estadia no Les Cimes e esperamos voltar no próximo ano.Tudo estava perto e ficámos tristes de sair, a piscina e a sauna eram especialmente grandes depois de um dia nas ruas! A única coisa muito pequena que poderia ser melhorada seria um pequeno pacote de leite, açúcar e, talvez, manteiga bem-vinda, como quando lá chegámos no domingo à noite, tudo estava fechado! Foi bom ter estacionamento no local, mas as garagens eram um desafio de estacionamento para qualquer condutor competente num carro de aluguer de tamanho excessivo!"

Também UMA janela lateral que olhou para o parque de carros seguro.Apenas um minuto ou assim do centro. Um hotel de grande dimensão, amigável e cliente.Meu Deus Na recepção depois de manhã também é Muito bonito. Não temos pequeno-almoço ou usamos a piscina, mas tenho certeza que eles também são bons! "Our stay at this hotel for our late-January ski adventure was fantastic. The location is unbeatable—right next to the chairlift, making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes. As a family-run hotel, it exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The facilities were exactly what we needed, and we had a great time at the après-ski bar—especially enjoying the “lady” beer, which became a group favorite.
