Imu Hotel Kyoto

Everything is good.

1. 청결도 생각보다 굉장히 깨끗했습니다. 화장실에서 냄새도 안 나고 환풍기도 잘 되어있어서 좋았습니다. 창틀 구석이나 화장실 구석에 먼지가 조금 쌓여있었는데 거슬릴 정도는 아니었습니다. 드라이기에 먼지가 많았는데 다른 시설이나 서비스가 너무 좋아서 괜찮았습니다. 2. 위치 밤에 여성이 돌아다니기에는 조금 스산한 느낌이 들었습니다. 하지만 여러 명이라면 괜찮을 것 같고, 지하철/버스 역에서 5분정도 빠르게 걸어가면 숙소가 나오기 때문에 좋았습니다. 3. 서비스 / 시설 로비에 있는 직원분이 굉장히 친절합니다. 보조개가 정말 예쁜 분이 있었습니다. 뜨거운 물 사용하는 것도 아주 친절하게 알려주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. Bar🍸에 계신 직원분들도 밝게 인사해주셔서 좋았어요. 조식은 5종류가 있었지만 비건 메뉴가 대부분이고 밥 종류는 1가지(비건) 밖에 없어서 아쉬웠지만 빵이 맛있어서 괜찮았습니다. 사용해보진 않았지만, 로비에 보드게임도 할 수 있었고 캐리어를 자전거자물쇠 같은 고리에 걸어서 안전하게 보관할 수도 있었습니다. 호텔 각 층마다 가습기와 베개를 배치해두어서 더 필요하면 가져다가 쓸 수 있게 한 것 같습니다. 저희는 방이 건조해서 가습기를 사용했는데 좋았습니다. 침구는 푹신해서 평소에 침대에서 자던 느낌 그대로 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 건물 바로 옆에 자판기도 있고 한 블럭만 걸어가면 편의점도 많습니다. 단점으로는 방이 방음이 좀 잘 안 됩니다. 옆방에서 걸어다니는 소리나 말하는 소리는 안 들리지만, 화장실에서 변기 물 내릴때 큰 소리가 나는 것은 들렸습니다. 창가 바로 아래에서 잠을 잘 때는 창가쪽 벽에서 한기가 느껴져서 조금 추웠습니다. 그리고 4인실 방이 좀 좁아서 캐리어를 열고 싶으면 토퍼? 이불? 을 모두 접어두고 열어야 했습니다. 조금의 단점이 있긴 하지만, 전반적으로 예약할 때 본 사진나 리뷰보다는 좋았고 특히 서비스가 엄청 친절해서 너무너무 좋았습니다. 졸업여행으로 친구들과 방문했는데 다음에 교토에 도 온다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

一切都非常棒，房間乾淨整潔，浴室乾濕分離而且大，早餐多選擇非常好吃，職員有禮英文也不錯。有機會參加日本文化體驗活動例如：茶道和和果子製作。 體驗感極好，大堂有免費熱茶、水、咖啡、還有免費清酒。 距離四條站步行四分鐘，酒店附近有便利店，真的超值！

가볍게 묵고 가기 좋아요. 다음번에 다시 이용할 것 같아요.

除了房間冷氣不能自己調整之外 其他都挺好的

Warm and welcoming hotel. The entrance has something of a hostel vibe, with travellers encouraged to socialise and activities to facilitate this. There is also free sake and very cheap (500Y) cocktails. There is free coffee and a good breakfast spread in the mornings The rooms are small as is typical of Japan, but ours had a loft which was useful to store baggage. Of note there is no washing machine in the Hotel and the nearest laundromat charges 800Y per load

This hotel is great. Internal decor and space design and allocation in the room is very good, making the best use of the space. The condition of the hotel is new. Breakfast is well presented. The staff are also very hospitable and genuinely pleasant. They are also good in English. Good location as well.

Situated conveniently in the heart of Kyoto, it provided easy access to popular attractions and public transportation, making exploring the city a breeze. This was a significant advantage for maximizing my time in this culturally rich destination. Another commendable aspect was the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. The premises were well-maintained and the rooms were kept tidy throughout my stay. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness contributed to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, it's important to address the downsides of my experience. The room size at **Imu Hotel Kyoto** was incredibly small, to the point of feeling cramped. While compact rooms are not uncommon in Japanese hotels, the limited space in this case was noticeably restrictive. It was a challenge to move around freely and store luggage comfortably, which impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Moreover, the breakfast arrangement was somewhat disappointing. Unlike the typical buffet-style breakfasts offered by many hotels, **Imu Hotel Kyoto** opted for a non-buffet setup. While this might be a preference for some, I found the lack of variety and options to be underwhelming. The limited breakfast choices did not align with my expectations for a satisfying morning meal. In conclusion, **Imu Hotel Kyoto** is a nice establishment with its fair share of positives. The central location and dedication to cleanliness are indeed noteworthy. However, the small room size and the breakfast setup left much to be desired. While my stay was not without its merits, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations to the extent that I would consider returning in the future. For travelers seeking a more spacious room and a more comprehensive breakfast experience, it might be worth exploring other options in Kyoto.

We loved Imu Hotel. The staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The room wasn't a bad size and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. The futons were the most comfortable that we had during our stay in Japan. Breakfast was delicious - a choice of 4 different breakfast dishes each day and they were all great. Location was excellent - we were able to walk everywhere and there are some nice restaurants and bars near the hotel. Couldn't fault this hotel!
