Fui ao Yunnan University Hospital para um check-up. Encontrei este hotel online no primeiro dia. É perto do Yunnan University Hospital. Como não tinha certeza do horário de retorno, reservei apenas uma noite. Descobri que levaria dois dias para esperar os resultados do teste, então procurei um hotel próximo. A higiene e as instalações não eram tão boas quanto este, mas o preço não era muito diferente, então reservei este hotel novamente. O quarto standard em que ficamos tinha um banheiro separado, onde podíamos tomar banho e o ar era trocado rapidamente. Há ar condicionado, Wi-Fi gratuito e um bebedouro. Existem dois tipos de chinelos, os comuns e os descartáveis. Moramos no sétimo andar e é muito conveniente pegar o elevador para subir e descer as escadas. O quarto foi muito bem limpo. No geral, acho que é muito econômico e estou muito satisfeito com minha estadia.

Five out of five stars, highly recommend Kunming Cloud Hotel! My overall experience far exceeded expectations; both facilities and service were exceptional, with thoughtful details everywhere. The hotel amenities are a huge bonus, especially the quiet and elegant reading corner in the lobby. It's stocked with essays, travel books, and literary works, all neatly arranged. After a tiring walk through the old town, you can sit down, enjoy a complimentary coffee, and read in peace. The atmosphere is wonderful, perfect for solo relaxation or reading with kids. The delivery robot deserves a special mention! It's a lifesaver for introverts; takeout, bottled water, and toiletries can all be delivered directly to your room door by the robot. No more constant trips to the front desk! It's easy to use, fast, and very high-tech – truly hassle-free and convenient. The room features a fully smart design: the 'Xiao Du' voice assistant controls the lights, curtains, and air conditioning. The bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, is clean and odor-free. Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet – everything you could ask for. The cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk service is warm and attentive, proactively offering local travel maps. Breakfast includes authentic Yunnan rice noodles. The rooftop terrace, self-service laundry, and free parking are all excellent amenities. It's a tranquil spot in a bustling area, right next to Kunming Old Street and Cuihu Lake, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. The reading nook is calming, the robot is convenient, and both the soft and hard amenities are faultless. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kunming!

What a gem! Loved this hotel, the style and attention to detail are fantastic. It is tucked away from the road so there is no horrible traffic noise. Comfortable bed, projector instead of TV and a beautiful bath tub. We only had breakfast once, we were late so given toast, eggs and coffee which was appreciated. Staff were very quiet but also helpful and polite.

Havia apenas um gancho atrás da porta do box, grande o suficiente para pendurar algumas peças pequenas de roupa. Era impossível esfregar os pés durante o banho. O banheiro pequeno, combinado com a água escaldante, não deixava nenhum lugar para onde ir. Foi realmente frustrante.

The hotel itself is good, but the breakfast leaves much to be desired. The cereal was stale, the breads were dry, there was no milk available, and the coffee didn’t taste great either. I would recommend skipping the breakfast option and eating outside instead. Additionally, the elevators are slow, and the staff often uses them to their full capacity, which prevents guests from getting on. As a result, you may have to wait ten minutes for an elevator to return if you're lucky. It would be beneficial to have a dedicated elevator exclusively for hotel guests, separate from outsiders. I will not be staying here in the future.

Very helpful and attentive, recommended for foreigner. The receptionist will use translator and inform you to add their wechat account to make communication easier. For breakfast I like that they also serve rose tea. They also provide pdf of summary for nearest or famous tourist places and how to get there. My luggage’s wheel is broken due to airport handling and I ask help from them for my travel insurance claim. They responded swiftly.

Hotel is a bit far from nearest train station but getting a cab on the street is super easy! It is close to major shopping/food areas and cab fare is very reasonable. Room and lobby are clean, breakfast is delicious and service is great! Ms Chan Yi at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped us with many questions we had. The morning shift lady at the laundry room was very nice as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

This place is great, I really don't understand the complaints. The location combined with the price offers incredible value. The rooms are spacious, and the hospitality is exceptional. It's right next to a metro station. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you want to cook, there are many small shops nearby where you can buy pans and heating elements. And the owner does all this at such a great price. We need to remember how much work and dedication it takes to run a place. If you've never done it, we should be more appreciative and less critical. You can always go to more expensive places if you're looking for different amenities. Thank you for this wonderful place. It was a fantastic stay.

Clean and highly recommended! The service was warm and attentive, and the hotel itself is very new. They even have a laundry room and dryer, which is super convenient.

這次入住體驗超出預期，必須給個滿分好評！酒店衞生做得非常到位，房間和公共區域都乾淨整潔，讓人住得安心又舒適。還有現磨咖啡及歡迎水果🍉，前台服務周到熱情，從辦理入住到退房都很順暢。綠植環繞的公共區域設計感十足，房間裏的投影和智能衞浴也很加分，下次來昆明還會選擇這裏！
